$500 worth of strings for $100
It was a little difficult to identify the exact strings I wanted as the names didn't match up with the way they are marketed in retail outlets. That was the only issue I faced. Once I started the order process everything was smooth. Selection, check-out, confirmation and e-mail updates on the status were very satisfying.
I received the strings exactly on the day I expected them and I have been thrilled with them since.
I was also surprised to find TWO (2) Notes of thanks within the package. The obligatory form letter "thank you" from the President (although my name was written in pen as well as his signature) was included but there was also a hand-written thank you note from the guy who fulfilled my order (Steve, if I read it correctly). Simple, yet elegant personal touch.

Great supplier and good price
Even with the (low) shipping cost from USA to France, this is the best price I could find for my strings. Only 10 days from order to delivery in France, that's fast ! Very friendly customer service.
