Highly unprofessional. Would do everything to sign you in, but after the agreement is signed, don't expect any deliveries from them. They'd just keep invoicing you and promising results "soon". However, they only sign agreements with a few months' cancellation clauses. So when you realise that they won't deliver anything, you'll end up paying a few more months to exit the agreement. The worst company!
Working with Stripe was a huge disappointment with many areas of service just unacceptable. The team seemed unprepared, scatty, and not authentically enthusiastic at all about getting great results for their clients. Seemed like the had many internal issues, and despite their examples of past success, we failed to see any glimmer of greatness from this agency. The most proactive communications we had was when they were chasing for invoices without providing proper time sheets, or tangible monthly activities unless pushed. Wouldn't recommend.
