I don't know where to start from.. I would like to warn everyone who consider buying a property from this company. I can't believe a company like that can legally operate in the UK. Their customer service is shocking. They haven't soundproofed all flats in a purposely built new block of flats.
We have a bought a NEW apartment from Strongvox for £190.000 and the next day of moving in we noticed a massive issue with impact noise caused by people who live above us (ceiling shakes like in an old barn). This noise affects our life and it has turned our life into a nightmare. It is so bad that we have formed a Neighbours Committee in order to act together against them. All the flats on ground and first floor are affected!
We even removed a part of the ceiling only to discover that there is no sign of acoustic insulation, acoustic pipe insulation or sound board.
Initial analysis made by an independent soundproofing company, that we contacted recently, clearly states that this flat would not pass building regulations for Part E.
The only good thing about this is the fact that people here a lovely and issues like that bring all residents together.
