I received my bag. The postal service was a bit slower than expected, and I was worried the backpack had gotten lost. A quick email, and Daphny even offered to send a replacement. It arrived the very next day! You guys are a fantastic team. I will definitely recommend you. The backpack is amazing – the workmanship and material are top-notch!

My wife asked for one of these as her laptop handbag was causing her back pain. She absolutely loves it. She finds it very comfortable ("game changer") compared to a Mont Blanc laptop handbag, she had, and loves the style of it. Highly recommended.

I love love love the Stubble backpacks - I’ve been using one for 4 years now and it is comfortable, durable and has plenty of storage (for a standard work day or a long weekend break!) I ordered a new one and, through no fault of Stubble, my delivery was lost in transit. I spoke with the Stubble customer service team who were responsive, polite and incredibly helpful - arranging for an immediate replacement for me through a different delivery company to avoid a repeat. Cannot thank Daphney and the team enough, super impressed (and the new bag is stunning!)

Nice items but a bery high return fee - 15 EUR on a 145 EUR order - and difficult to communicate with the customer service.

My ruck sack developed some premature wear. I contacted the team at Stubble & Co who were so responsive and after submission of photos, I have a brand new rucksack !!!

Earlier this week, I was caught in torrential rains, taking a long walk home from work. Not one drop got inside Stubble & Co.'s laptop tote. It is an outstanding and resilient product, with lots of smart organization on the inside.

Great bag, well thought out design all my gym stuff fits in plenty of handles to carry and easy to wipe clean

I bought the 15L Roll top bag as a Christmas present during Black Friday sales. I hadn't read the measurements correctly, so had to exchange it for the 20L instead to fit my partners laptop.
I emailed them to hear if I could exchange the bag for the Black Friday sales price instead of the current full price. Daphney replied straight away. She was super helpful and kindly offered me a discount. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the 15L Everyday Backpack and found it comfortable, stylish, and ideal for commuting to work. After about a year, I noticed a manufacturing defect and contacted Stubble & Co. They responded quickly and kindly offered a free replacement. Excellent quality and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service!!! I ordered a backpack from Stubble & Co as a Christmas present. The recipient wanted to change the colour, so we sent it back for exchange. We moved house shortly after Christmas, so it was touch and go as to whether the exchanged backpack would be sent to the right address. I messaged Stubble & Co to let them know the situation. They fast tracked my exchange and upgraded the delivery to express delivery at no extra charge!

Honestly one of the best backpacks I’ve ever used.

I’ve been using the Stubble & Co Roll Top 20L and it’s genuinely impressed me. The form factor is brilliant — no matter how much I pack into it, the backpack somehow feels lighter than it should. The weight distribution just works.

The pockets are exceptionally well thought out. In particular, the side pockets are fantastic — I’ve found myself using them more than with any backpack I’ve owned before. Everything feels accessible without being cluttered.

The quality of the materials is also outstanding. It feels properly premium, from the fabric to the zips to the overall finish. It’s one of those products where you can tell real care has gone into the design.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. It looks premium, feels premium, and performs exactly how you’d want. Hands down the best backpack I’ve ever owned.

Ordered a bag for a Xmas present, which was lovely in my opinion, typical husband preferred a different one, return and re-order of a new one done straight away. People at Stubble & Co really helpful and friendly. New bag received and husband very happy 😃

Excellent customer service following a problem with delivery via Evri. I was concerned that it was not going to arrive before Christmas so I contacted Stubble & Co & I received a response straight away
(thankyou Daphne) saying they would send a replacement via DPD. I received it the following day.
The 20L roll top rucksack was bought for a Christmas present and my son is delighted with the design and quality. To be used for cycling and skiing so is very pleased that it will be durable and practical while looking very stylish.
I would certainly buy from them again.

Stubble and Co create great products. That is beyond doubt. I have used my roll top backpack every day for the last two years. I really like everything about the bag and can't recommend it enough. Unfortunately, the zip to the laptop sleeve came off its track and I asked Stubble and Co if they would repair it (we are, after all, both committed to sustainability). They asked me to send it to them for a repair assessment - which I duly did. The response came back that the zip could not be mended and that, despite their desire to extend the life of the bag where possible, on this occasion they would have to solve the matter by offering me a brand new bag. I was stunned. I hadn't even asked for that. This is not the normal customer service you see these days (especially after two years of ownership). Sure enough, the new bag arrived a couple of days later. Not only do Stubble and Co design great products with an ethical conscience, they also stand by those products for very long periods of time. I will therefore always be buying Stubble and Co in future and I will be recommending to anyone who listens that they do the same. Fantastic customer service in every way.

The customer service by Stubble and Co has been brilliant. I have been emailed Shem and he couldn’t be more helpful.
I had delivery issues with the courier and there was no questions, just replacements sent and quickly too.
The products are brilliant too - robust, waterproof, functional and stylist.
Really recommend.

Bought a "waterproof" backpack, got everything wet, macbook, multiple iphones and everything inside that was close to the bottom of the backpack. Nice (not)! :)
