I had my Stubble 15L roll top for 18 months before the zip on the laptop compartment broke. I will admit the bag was well used over those 18 months, using it for university, work and weekends away.

I looked at getting the bag repaired through the company, and I was offered a new bag as the repair was too complicated. I am delighted with this outcome, although I note from reading other reviews, other customers have had problems with the zips on these bags.

Excellent customer service which I cannot fault. I do really like the bag and will be more careful with how much stuff I cram into it.

I have only had the best experience with Stubble & Co. I have now bought 4 bags from them and highly recommend them. They look great, are super comfy to carry, and, most importantly, are absolutely waterproof.

Back pack broke after 6 months of very light use. And they refused refunding. Very disappointed. Order number SC17277205. Somehow it is now ok to sell failed goods.

Like what this brand has been trying to do. But my backpack laptop zip has completely broken as well as the inside lining. (only had it for 2 years). I also have one of their large duffle bags, but after 3 times using it, the zip has also gone. Really want to love the product, but it feels like the zips aren't good quality :(

So close, but so disappointing.

I purchased several bags from them after reading great reviews. including the rolltop 15, a foldable bag and several packing cubes.

But Stubble does what most other premium bag companies do - pick great materials, do great design, and then put a cheap zip on it.... :(

I was replacing another costly bag from a different company that I had to hold with both hands while travellng back from asia because the zip broke during security. My laptop inside would just fall out if I didn't hold it together. I was hoping this would be the one to fix it.

I have redoxx bags from the US as my main bags, and in 10 years they never let me down. There is nothing and nobody that can break those zips! I love redoxx, but they don't make lightweight bags like Stubble & Co do.
I can tell these flimsy cheap zips will break - as others have already confirmed now I looked harder at some reviews, so I won't even bother to use them. I'll pack it up and send everything back. Such a shame, because I liked the design so much. Seriously folks, how much extra would a YKK zip cost?

I bought a bag for my husband for Christmas, and when it was "tried on" on Christmas day, it wasn't quite the right size, however he loved the brand.
Going through customer service to get the bag exchanged was an absolute dream, the service was impeccable and I was given excellent advice for the replacement, and Daphney was a star, with prompt helpful information and the new bag was received and adored! He uses it every day and has given it a glowing review!
The bag itself is well made, and sturdy with lovely little details.

I ordered the 30L backpack and when it arrived I realised I needed the 40L. I sent it back the same day and ordered the 40L. It was delivered within 24 hours and my return was accepted. Brilliant professional service. The 40L bag is incredibly high quality and looks like a much more expensive bag than it is. The configuration and pockets are excellent and the fit is extremely comfortable. This will be my hand luggage for all my trips and can hold up to 2 weeks clothes.

Stubble had to resend the backpack I ordered when it happened that the French Postal carrier lost it.
Stubble immediately proposed to send a replacement which arrived today safely.

This is such a wonderful company with great quality products. I have made several purchases for backpacks , washbags for Birthday and Christmas gifts. I ordered a few days before Christmas day and it still arrived in time. Super quick delivery and excellent customer service. i can't praise them highly enough.

Brilliant service and response times

I brought a stubble bag 3 years ago fir my wife. An outstanding bag so much so, my wife brought me a 20L roll top. Absolutely so chuffed with my bag. My wife thinks her bag is better but I know mine is..

I have only just started using the bag I ordered so I can’t comment on durability yet. Aesthetically the bag is brilliant.
Customer service wise, the team are fantastic. Quick to respond and customer focused! Would use them again purely on this experience.
