Poor customer service for failed backpack
I was given the roll top 20l backpack for Christmas ‘23, and having used it moderately for 3 days commuting to the office, the laptop compartment zip failed in Jan 26 - so effectively 25 months after purchase.
Stubble and co will not repair the item as it is outside the 2 year warranty - frankly I find it pretty appalling that a £120 back pack cannot last two years of easy use, and that the company will not repair it.. saying only that they will give a 30% discount of a new bag.
They have turned a former product advocate into a vocal critic of the product and the brand, and I would advise others to spend their money on other brands with better service (and better product lifespans)

Purchased the 15l roll top rucksack. It’s exactly as described and excellent quality. Very good size too for everyday commute.

These guys are the best, not only their quality of their bags and top notch and the design is class. Back story: I got my roll top bag stolen which i loved a lot. My partner sent the team an email and they gave her a discount to purchase a new one for Valentine’s Day. It honestly is really hard to come across brand that actually care about their customers.

I had a delivery problem, but not really the Company's fault.

Quality customer service and products
I bought my first bag at 'pop up' shop in London Waterloo and was impressed with the quality so I purchased a second, larger bag. These bags are now the mainstay of my commute, I've had them for a year and they are hard wearing, waterproof and versatile.
When I asked the Stubble & Co. team for a VAT receipt as I was doing my accounts, they responded within an hour. Great service and great products, thanks all.
Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Bought a rolltop in April 2025. Great quality but unfortunately the zip came off a few weeks back. Spoke to the customer service team and a new replacement is being sent out free of charge. Great service and a great product.

Quality Bag! i brought it as a gift for a colleague who is leaving us :( funny enough, when i was on the tube today, i saw 4 people with the same Roll top Bag (different colors), i asked one of the person using it if they were satisfied and their response 'Absolutely'! So its good to know that my colleague would be satisfied using it too! (update - he loves it!) -thinking of getting one for myself :) - Also, i wanted a VAT receipt and Daphney from Stubble&Co got back to me right away with a successful response which is handy! thank you team!

I bought a rolltop bag in March 2024, it developed an issue with the laptop compartment zip and some internal stitching after almost 2 years worth of use. There were other wear and tear bits but you expect that on a bag that is used daily for commuting. I contacted the help team to sort out the zip and stitching and they advised to submit a repair request. Having submitted the request i was very quickly told it was unrepairable and the S&Co team arranged for a replacement bag to be sent out to me free of charge as it was within warranty (just!). Honestly cant fault that outcome.
Anyone expecting a bag to be used continually for years without issue is a bit delusional so read the 1 star reviews with caution!
All you can ask is a company live up to the warranty offer and they have done.

Non existent customer service.
After loving the first bag I ordered for work, I decided to treat myself to another for the gym. On the day it was delivered I checked it and discovered it was too large so arranged an exchange. That was 12 days ago.
Apparently it takes them 5-7 days to LOOK at a returned item even with all the tissue paper still wrapped around buckles in case it has been used. A check that would take 10 minutes.
All of my emails just get a reply saying thank you for your patience and understanding but I have run out of patience AND understanding.
If selling a premium product at a premium price, you should provide a premium service.
My plan was to buy another bag for my partner for Valentine’s Day but the tardiness has put the kybosh on that.

More than fit for purpose
Ordered the hybrid backpack and its just great - does everything I need, comfortable, carries work stuff and overnight. So good that I have now order 65l kit bag for weekends and travelling.
A Great Bag & Great Customer Service
What an amazing company Stubble & Co are. I had an issue with my back pack when I was working overseas, one of the straps was coming apart and I'd only had the bag for 6 months. A quick email to their customer service team and after a very swift reply and a couple of emails later a new bag was dispatched and waiting for me by the time I'd arrived home. Now I'm back on the road again with my new trusty back pack, couldn't be happier. Now thats what I call service.

Bought a rucksack from them that didn’t suit my needs unfortunately, however once I got the relevant details over on an email, received a refund confirmation from Daphney immediately. Super reliable.
