Easy, safe, reasonable prices.

All communication was timely, and everything went smoothly. There were no issues at all.

I found that ordering the tickets and getting good seats was easy. But I ordered parking for this show and didn't realize that it was all the way in Rosslyn. Not convenient.

Watching the World Cup with my son was truly an unforgettable experience. The incredible atmosphere, the passionate fans, and the excitement in the stadium made every moment even more special. The match itself was thrilling, and together we created memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we will cherish these memories forever.

StubHub is a scam! They didn’t respond to my call to let them know the tickets were sold already when they sold on Ticketmaster. There are plenty of tickets still available and they are trying to charge me instead of canceling the sale. They didn’t let me know and are charging me. I will be disputing this w/ StubHub and my credit card. This is ridiculous.

I feel you charged a lot in a up fee because I purchased the parking ticket thru you. I will be thinking twice if this comes up again. Most likely will just go thru Bank of NH for my parking ticket so it won’t be so expensive! I never have paid that much for a parking ticket at Bank of NH as I did going through stub hub. Stub hub was a ridiculous price for the parking ticket.

VIP Parking is a huge lot but it will knock off 5 to 10 minutes of walking. Plus don't forget to purchase VIP tickets for the concert and then you can use the VIP quick access gate instead of standing in line.

I purchased tickets for World Cup Match 77 a full year ago. The seller has failed to transfer them, ignoring StubHub's reminders. Front-line chat support just confirmed that StubHub will refuse to trigger the FanProtect Guarantee until June 30 at 2 PM Eastern—exactly 3 hours before kickoff. They explicitly stated replacements are "subject to availability" at that time. StubHub is leaving no choice but to take off work, travel and risk massive financial sunk costs just to protect a bad-faith seller who is likely trying to flip my seats for triple the price elsewhere. Absolute consumer nightmare.

Godsmack and STP were both Awesome ! Ticket prices were reasonable, seats were great.

I got my tickets when I was supposed to. A little glitch on scanning my ticket but that was a FIFA thing not StubHub. Though waiting to get tickets active at the last minute (after you've travelled and paid for accommodation) is stressful, at least the tickets came as offered.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I must admit we were a bit nervous of getting our tickets on the day of the concert but you came through. This must be the new way of doing everything electronically. Anyway it worked out we had our tickets the day before the concert and it was such a good concert and great seats.

The tickets were over priced and I had trouble downloading the tickets to get into the stadium. After 20 mins of trying to download the tickets it finally worked.
