I purchased World Cup tickets in…

I purchased World Cup tickets in February and was told two days before the game that they could not give me the seats that I paid for and was offered a refund maybe. I lost the hotel booking money and overall ruined a dream of going to a World Cup game.

StubHub: Making it ez for a first timer

StubHub was very easy to navigate from the purchase of my tickets up to the event. The tickets were really easy to transfer into my Apple Wallet, and remained “safe” there. I appreciated the reminder email from StubHub preceding the event that provided critical information regarding venue rules, such as clear bags, expectations and parking and drop off points.

Due to sudden health problems arising…

Due to sudden health problems arising May 1st, I needed to sell my June 23rd two front row tickets (not a cheap purchase). My experience with the process of selling is not customer friendly, not supportive nor helpful whatsoever. I ate the purchase, a very expensive lesson learned. Not only will I never give StubHub my business, I will also discourage others at every opportunity that presents itself. Totally disappointing experience!

Lost the chance to see what I wanted

Purchased the ticket on the same day. Never got it, when I reached the venue I still hadn't received it. Needed to call StubHub, had to wait a long time while listening to awful music. After reaching an operator I waited an additional very long time. After long, long wait the phone call got cut off and half a minute after that I received a sorry mail saying that the seller had withdrawn the ticket. So, all in all just a lousy experience.

The Tickets We Sought at a Reasonable Price

The highlight of a recent family vacation to San Francisco was attending a game at Oracle Stadium, Giants vs Cubs. Purchasing through StubHub was simple and secure, and we got much better seats than we'd anticipated finding for a better price than found elsewhere online. The StubHub app made accessing our tickets a breeze, and we had a great time at the game.

Stressed Out In Seattle- StubHub's Fan Protection Guaranty Is Worthless

My wife and I were taking our two teen age grandsons on an Alaska cruise departing from Seattle. I noticed that the day we got off the ship (6/21 -Father's Day) there was a Red Sox-Mariners game and since we had a late night flight back to the East Coast it was a perfect way, as Red Sox fans, to spend Father's Day in Seattle. Three weeks out I purchased 4 tickets through StubHub. The seats were field level along the third base line behind the Red Sox bench, albeit 35 rows back. Fast forward to the day of the game, we arrived early hoping to tour T-Mobile Park, but no tickets as of yet. Two hours before game time I was informed that the tickets were no longer available, and offered the options of a refund or replacement tickets. The best available replacement tickets were in the upper deck (3rd level), and to make matters worse, my wife does not do well with heights. It took 20 minutes to connect to a customer service rep, and, no disrespect intended, her English was such I could barely understand her, and being on my cell phone in a noisy environment did not help. She reiterated my options. I obviously did not have the option of cancelling and explained that I wanted tickets of equal value or a partial refund if I accepted the upper deck tickets. After being placed on hold she came back and repeated that I could either cancel or chose the replacement tickets. Stressed out and frustrated that I was getting no where with Customer Service, I chose the new tickets and decided to deal with this later. I today spoke to StubHub and their bottom line was that the replacement tickets were of equal or better value since the ticket price was the same. StubHub does not agree that seat location equates to any value, only the base price of the ticket. Tell that to my wife! I chose StubHub over several other re-sellers due to their "brand name" and now wished I had read the 33% negative reviews. I am amazed that StubHub can continue in business despite their history (read the reviews) of bait and switch tactics. The Fan Protection Guaranty provided by StubHub is worthless since the only viable option for the vast majority of customers is to accept the inferior tickets. The bottom line is that if you plan on attending an event which will be in demand, unless you enjoy not receiving your tickets until the last moment and the likelihood of not getting what you paid for, you should avoid doing business with Stub Hub.

You LEFT ME IN THE RAIN WITH NO…

You LEFT ME IN THE RAIN WITH NO TICKETS. 2.5 hours on the phone. I had to pay $800 to VIVID Seats who got us straight into the game. I have filed a complaint to my CC company and debating discussing this with the Attorney General for fraud.

Booking process was great bad seats

While the booking and delivery process was great. I encountered a problem upon arrival and discovered that we were not sitting in aisle seats and about 18 seat into the center in another Country. Both of us have bad knees and always purchase aisle seats. I spoke to a stadium manager that seemed to try and help finding other seats but that was a hoax. Couldn't enjoy the concert and left early. Never again!!!!!

Great view for a great price

Great view for a great price, love this app since it’s so easy to find tickets after they sell out on another place. (And it was easier to use than AXS lol)

Only issue is yall should really monitor ticket resellers. Their asking price is insane compared to face value tickets.

Another Great Experience!

I have used StubHub before and have never had a bad experience. My tickets were ready to use.. no problem! Super easy. I do surf the other ticket sites when selecting which tickets fit my needs and pricepoint, however, if tickets are similar, I typically use StubHub because I know what I'm getting :)
