The QR code wasn't showing in my email. I was able to contact someone and get it emailed it to me quickly. The support was great.

The price was great, and the whole purchase was easy. I couldn't believe the price when I bought it. Very happy. My 2 sons and my wife were happy.

These parking tickets showed up quickly and when I had issues with the event tickets, FIFA World Cup game, SH was extremely helpful and continually followed up.

Purchasing the tickets was very easy. It was our first time ever going to a baseball game. It was one of the most beautiful days of our life.

to be honest it felt stressful. waiting for FIFA to release the tickets, waiting for the transfer of the tickets etc, i felt the entire time it was a sham. glad in the end it worked out, but hearing now that other people did not get their tickets makes me question to use Stub Hub again.

It was pretty easy to get the parking pass through StubHub. No issues. The location was good. The price was fine, not cheap, but it worth it.

very convenient. One concern is that bar code did not appear on tickets until 2 hours before the concert. A notice to that effect might be helpful to customers as I was wondering if entry would be a problem.

Bought a parking pass from stubhub, did not receive parking pass and stubhub refused refund. simply put their 100% Guarantee is 100% fake. Customer service operated on a delay, delay and hope they go away model. The actual quote was we are just a intermediary in the process and can't guarantee what the seller is selling. So how do you have a 100% customer protection with that statement? Avoid using.

I was the victim of identity theft where someone used compromised personal and payment information to purchase two tickets worth over £1,800. When I contacted StubHub to report this, their response after reviewing the case was that there was no fraudulent activity and that the purchase was valid.

I contacted them again as clearly it was not a valid purchase. Rather than properly addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly told that the case had already been reviewed, a decision had been made, and the matter was closed, and that they were unable to review it any further.

I have gone through my bank to recover the money. At no point did I ask StubHub for a refund. My complaint is about the identity theft and the unauthorised use of personal and payment information.

What I find most concerning is that, despite repeatedly explaining that this was an identity theft case, StubHub continued to tell me the purchase was valid. They showed no meaningful interest in the fact that someone had used stolen information to make a purchase through their platform and refused any further review of the case.

The money is one thing, but the complete lack of concern regarding identity theft and fraud is hugely concerning.

Transaction was Smooth & Easy! Tickets were Great! Seats were Absolutely Wonderful - just as they looked when purchasing them! Game was Terrific! The Atmosphere around and inside the Stadium was Special! Very Happy with the way everything went!

Super complicated to download tickets. Installed their desktop app, installed their mobile app. Logged out, logged in, nothing worked. Spent 1 hour talking back and forth with support until I got the tickets.

Why don't they just attach the tickets as PDF in an e-mail?

Parking wasnt bad easy in and out

Everything was ok, except it was extremely difficult to get the actual tix to my phone. Not sure if it was a StubHub thing or fifa security issue.

I purchased World Cup tickets in February and was told two days before the game that they could not give me the seats that I paid for and was offered a refund maybe. I lost the hotel booking money and overall ruined a dream of going to a World Cup game.
