I am currently having one of my worst…

I am currently having one of my worst experiences with customer service and stub hub. I am travelling from one country to another for FIFA and paid for expansive tickets the system is not transferring tickets they offered me tickets that don’t work saying it’s upgrade when it’s not, the tickets are worst the game tonight with no clear indication what is going on. Never gain will I do this, with them.

First time purchaser

I have never purchased tickets through Stub Hub. Was a bit worried when I don't actually have tickets until the day of, which is after we had already driven 500 miles- hoping the tickets would magically appear. They did and that was great. The seats were as advertised. We had a great time.

Bizarre and stressful process

Actually obtaining the tickets was a nightmare. Ordered the tickets from stubhub, stubhub or fifa created a fake email, had to log into fifa with fake email to then figure out how to download the tickets. I was not able to actual download the tickets until shortly before the game. VERY STRESSFUL and an unclear process.

Great Experience in Hong Kong

The Stubhub team responded quickly and was able to help me change my delivery address and assure me that they are reliable when it came to purchasing tickets. As I am unable to track the delivery due to location, they also provided me with a direct link to their courier. The one thing that could be improved on would be to inform when the item actually reaches the designated delivery address so I could make preparations necessary. Other than that, would recommend Stubhub for anyone looking for a resold ticket. I also got a really good seat that I would not have gotten if I bought tickets on my own. Thank you Stubhub!

FIFA World Cup Tickets

The consistent communication and detailed instructions was good. The highlight of the transaction was the Chatbot support, which was a very strong tool to resolve all the questions I had leading upto the game.

Very smooth transaction.

Very smooth transaction tickets for exactly where they were supposed to be and when I downloaded them to my phone they were easy accessible when I got to the location of the event I was going to. Great thank you StubHub.
