Turning lemons into lemonade

At the outset, I was concerned about receiving our tickets because the release of the tickets was after we started our travels to multiple stops in Eastern Europe.
A “personal advocate” got involved after the initial attempted delivery was made to our hotel a couple of days before our arrival, and was denied receipt.
With Michell at the helm, my concerns were no more because I knew she had my interest at heart and she was very capable and could get done what needed to get done and she did.
Our tickets arrived just after we arrived at the concert city hotel AND the concert was “out of this world” with the seats even better than expected!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with…

Absolutely unacceptable experience with StubHub.

I purchased a ticket for the FIFA World Cup match at Seattle Stadium today and was repeatedly assured that my ticket would be delivered before kickoff. StubHub customer service continued to tell me that everything was fine and that I would receive my ticket, even as the match time approached.

Trusting those assurances, I traveled to the stadium and arrived expecting to attend the game. However, despite multiple promises and repeated follow-ups, the ticket never arrived. I was left standing outside the stadium, having wasted my time, transportation costs, and the opportunity to attend a World Cup match that I had planned and paid for.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that StubHub kept giving me false hope instead of being honest about the situation. Had they informed me earlier that there was a problem, I could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, they continued to assure me that the ticket was coming right up until it became clear that it never would.

A World Cup match is a once-in-a-lifetime event for many fans. StubHub completely failed to deliver on its promise and failed to treat its customers with honesty and respect. I will never use StubHub again and strongly caution others against relying on them for major sporting events.

absolutamente decepcionante

I paid 92 dollars for a 15 dollars ticket.

My experience with StubHub was extremely disappointing. I purchased my tickets trusting that the platform would protect its customers, but that was not my experience at all. When issues arose with my tickets, customer service failed to provide a timely or effective solution.

I spent hours trying to resolve the situation, which caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and a significant waste of time. As a customer, I expected accountability and support from such a well-known company, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued.

I will not use StubHub again and would not recommend it to family or friends. There are other ticketing platforms that provide a much more reliable and transparent experience. This was one of the worst online ticket-purchasing experiences I have ever had.

Mi experiencia con StubHub fue absolutamente decepcionante. Compré mis boletos confiando en que la plataforma protegería a sus clientes, pero ocurrió todo lo contrario. Tuve problemas con las entradas y el servicio al cliente no ofreció una solución rápida ni efectiva.

Pasé horas intentando resolver la situación, generando estrés, frustración y una gran pérdida de tiempo. Como consumidor, esperaba apoyo y responsabilidad por parte de una empresa tan conocida, pero sentí que mis preocupaciones fueron ignoradas.

No volveré a utilizar StubHub y no la recomendaría a familiares ni amigos. Existen otras opciones en el mercado que ofrecen un servicio mucho más confiable y transparente. Mi experiencia fue una de las peores que he tenido comprando boletos en línea.

Hassle Free Experience

I was worried my tickets wouldn’t turn up in time but I was kept in the loop and they arrived in a timely manner. No negatives at all and getting into the Warriors game in ChCh was a breeze. Thank you StubHub. Sharon McLaughlan

the worst company to deal with ever

the worst company to deal with ever, they had tickets for more than seven days without posting them for sale. today they cancelled the listing and now I can't even get my tickets back and the event is tomorrow what a lousy company. my next step is a lawsuit as now I'm our $6,500 dollars. do yourself a favor don't sell, buy or even talk to these guys.

This is the worse experience ever!!!

This is the worse experience ever!!!! I bought two tickets to Bruno Mars in Amsterdam for the 2nd of July 2026 specifically because they said tickets will be delivered on June the 8th. It was a decisive factor.
In the confirmation mail I received, They clearly said that my mobile tickets will be "ready by Monday, June 8, 2026"
We are currently the 24th of june and still no tickets. I tried chatting with them but they don't have a human assistant and the bot keeps playing the same answers .... I asked for an email address and the bot provided two wrong ones.
When this info was relayed to the bot it said that this site doesnt' seem to have an email address...
i will not even talk about the phone call experience, what a shame!!!
But This is highly unprofessional, a scam even. I am a lawyer, and i will take legal steps to get a full refund.

Savannah Bananas

I had tickets to a savannah banana game when I found out I wasn't going to be able to attend I logged on to stubhub to see what steps I needed to take to sell these tickets. I created an account and when it got to the seating I stopped. For the next several days I was spammed by StubHub. Every email, list your tickets list your tickets list your tickets time is running out buyers are limited. So I listed the tickets based on this section that I was given when I first purchased the tickets. I assumed StubHub had some way of doing a presale or something like that, why on Earth would they allow you to list tickets for seats you don't know what you have. I was wrong. Someone bought my tickets a couple of days before the event. I reached out multiple times to their AI system and to a live agent. The AI system told me I needed to contact the buyer and let him know that the tickets were not correct. I was charged almost $300 for not having the correct tickets listed. I disputed of course because the AI system had me doing things that I should not have been doing. Their customer service reps were absolutely horrendous. So it goes without saying I will never purchase or sell anything to this company again. They are high pressure they are spam and they have an AI system that has no clue what it's doing and very rude customer service reps. Stay away let's make sure businesses like this do not succeed they do not deserve your trust or your business.

I purchased tickets for a concert in…Lucca Italy

I purchased tickets for a concert in Europe and tickets were to arrive no later than June 28th. We set our departure flight to Europe based upon getting the tickets. For some reason electronic tickets were not available through the seller so we were waiting for paper tickets. One week before the tickets were to arrive I saw that they had not shipped yet to me in the USA. I engaged in a live chat with a gentleman who shared with me (after researching this) that there was an issue with the shipping label and he corrected this so we should be good to go. Two days later I saw in the portal that the tickets would arrive by July2. The problem is we would already be un Europe on July 2 and would not be able to receive the tickets this late in the USA I tried to change the delivery address to the hotel and SH will not allow outside USA delivery. I engaged in another chat with April and she did everything to see what she could do to help. She said she has tried but can not promise the tickets will get to my home before we leave on our trip. I am happy to say we received the tickets earlier than expected and will have them in time for our trip. April worked hard to make this happen for us. I wish I could thank her personally as I know she was the difference maker for us.

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware.

I want to share my experience so other consumers can make an informed decision.

I purchased tickets through this company and was provided with FIFA login credentials to retrieve them. However, the credentials consistently directed me to an account belonging to another person named Ryan Thomas. There were no tickets in that account, nor was there any record of tickets being purchased or transferred.

I immediately reported the issue and provided screenshots showing that the links and credentials supplied by the company were directing me to another person's account. I submitted all requested documentation through the company's support process.

Despite being told that my case had been escalated multiple times, no one ever contacted me with a solution. Even on the day of the event, the credentials they continued to provide still directed me to the same account, and I was unable to access the tickets I had purchased.

After the event, I continued seeking assistance and was repeatedly told that the matter was under review. Ultimately, I was informed that my request had been denied, but no evidence or explanation was provided regarding the screenshots and documentation I had submitted showing that the credentials provided did not give me access to my tickets.

My purpose in posting this statement is simply to alert other consumers to carefully verify any credentials provided to them and to keep detailed records of all communications and documentation if problems arise.

I transferred the tickets to a relative…

I transferred the tickets to a relative in the area and they were very grateful for the opportunity to see Jack. I understand that they had the opportunity to also see Jack play with his son for the first time which was fitting as it was Father’s Day. There was special guest musician, photographer, event promoter Danny Clinch. I’m glad they had that awesome experience!!!

Very confusing process to accept my tickets in my portal.

Very confusing process to accept my tickets. This was very frustrating for me. NOW I KNOW that I had to "cancel my tickets" in order to "accept my tickets" under my FIFA ID profile where I could see my ticekts, but could not print them, nor see where the ticekts were actually located at. This makes zero sense to me. I had to finally call StubHub customer service on the day of the match (June 21st) in order to figure out how to properly do this thanks to the great customer service that I received from a person named Muhammad. I attended the match and everything went great after that. Great price as well.

I had been scoping out FIFA reseller tickets…

I had been scoping out reseller tickets for this game, across multiple platforms, for months. StubHub offered the best selection with most competitive, transparent fees. I have used StubHub for many concerts/events in the past, so had full faith and confidence my purchase was legitimate and secure. The speed of ticket delivery and “next steps” instructions were incredible. I love using StubHub!
