Button doesn’t work!
Recently brought a reconditioned Xbox one elite series 2 controller. The delivery was fast and everything looks good.
However the right thumb stick doesn’t register as a button at all. I think it’s pretty bad that it’s been sent out and one of the buttons doesn’t work. Are they not tested before hand? It’s a gift for my son, and it’s a good job I checked it before I gave it to him! Just a bit annoying that I now have nothing to give him when he comes over this week and is expecting a present
It’s not cheap even if it’s reconditioned. I’ve send an e-mail requesting advice and I will change my review according to their response

The service received was excellent
The service received was excellent. My concern was swiftly and politely dealt with. The equipment arrived very quickly. I was surprised to discover that most of the products are not new and feel this should be made clearer but this is a minor and individual opinion. I would certainly use this organisation for any future IT purchases and am recommending them to my family and friends.
