I believe the Companies Subsidiary name is RWIA Developments in Manchester, Fallowfield.
I have never dealt with a company as shockingly unprofessional, incompetent, and careless as this one. From start to finish, this was a disaster.
We had LONG waits for replies to urgent issues — and I mean serious stuff, like infestations. Yes, we had mice. Not once. Multiple times. And getting any help felt like I was shouting into a void.
The worst part? We were contacted with warnings of debt collectors over someone else’s unpaid rent. You read that right — and instead of fixing the mistake, the company took that money from our deposit. I still can’t believe it.
In my personal opinion, many of the five-star reviews are either incentivised or written by people connected to the company. That’s what it looks like to me, especially given how wildly different they are from experiences like ours and many other one-star reviews.
If you’re a student, parent, or renter: please, for your own sanity, avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn’t wish this kind of experience on anyone. Nothing about how they operate feels fair, transparent, or competent.
This was a nightmare — full stop.
