It is an honor to be asked to describe my interaction with ms. Vanessa knowles. I must begin by explaining how I met ms Vanessa and her company. After paying navient every month directly from my checking account, I realizes that in 2001 I owed $54,000 to navient then I realized it was 2019 and guess what I still owed them just about the same amount of money.
I called one company, explained my situation, explained my son was a fireman and just had to pay for Ten years. Even though it we had already paid seven years, the government decided you had to start from square one. The seven years we had paid toward loan foregiveness, didn't count. This first phone call was answered by a man who explained to me,"YOUHAVE TO CONSOLIDATE! FILE FOR FORGIVENESS! PAY US AN A OUNT OF MONEY YADA! YADA! YADA'. He spoke so fast I asked if he coldslow down. That was impossible, but worth it. The next call I made was to ms. Vanessa. Did you ever make a friend in five minutes, over the phone, and put your life in their hand. Well I did. Ms Vanessa listened to all the reasons we had trouble paying the huge amount of monthly payments that was being demanded by navient. A daughter diagnosed with bipolar. The thousands of dollars that insurance didn't cover because it was mental illness. Bridget, my daughter, committed suicide by jumping off of the mystic river bridge in Boston. Ms. Vaness assured me that she was going to get everything having to do with Billy's loan, and she kept her word.she did everything! I never lifted a finger. She consolidated, income to payment and any other overwhelming work that had to be done. She brought my loan down, because of this low payment, the money my husband and I made, was able to help my son get married , buy his own home and has 2 beautiful children. Due to ms. Vanessa, my son is able to live the American dream. Not a big house, but a small 4 room house.
Ms. Vanessa only called several times for information. There was no pressure, just someone who really wanted to get the job done, and get the job done correctly. You have a diamond working for you!! Hold on to her.
What I have to say now has nothing to do with student loans. My husband of 45 years passed away in may 9. Iatrr, after the trauma and everything quieted down I found myself crying. I said to my self, who do I know that is kind, smart,gentle, understanding and has the kindest voice in the world. Yes, ms Vanessa. We spoke for 10 minutes because we don't want to waste her business hours, but I think that says it all. We are so relieved with our payment now that we have lost my husband's retirement, we can still make that payment. So it comes down to ms. Vanessa is my financial advisor, psychologist, friend, priest,and rabbi.

My experience so far has been good.

Student loans has been there even became family with one of the representatives by the name of Vanessa they will help get you through every step they take steps with you to get through i appreciate them and will recommend to others.

April Burke is the loan specialist or whatever her title did not do a good job of updating me on the status of my loan. I called her several times to get and update and she told me she would get back to me and a couple days would go by and i would not hear from her so I would end up calling her for an update. I ended doing the leg work myself contacting a gentleman named Tyler who helped me with letting me know if my bank information and paystubs were received. Ms. Burke said she never received the paystub information but received the banking information. It was all on the same page the paystubs needed to be down loaded.

Martha was amazing my wages were starting to get garnished and she talk to me and walked me through everything and helped me I definitely would recommend student loans consolidated .

I was a little wary when I began consolidating my student loans because I was scarred of being scammed. Student Loans Consolidated is a real company who helped me lower my monthly payments by around $200. The process was a bit lengthy, and a few extra steps had to be taken so that my monthly payments were lowered to an amount that is more comfortable for my budget. Thank you to Brendan Ortega and Stefanie for helping me throughout the entire process!

April Burke is awsome. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was warm and empathetic and really put me at ease. I have been wanting to climb out of this hole I put myself in but I never knew how to start. But thanks to this company and this agent, specifically, I can see light at the end of the tunnel!

I should be able to remove my bank account information manually instead of having to call someone to do it. It is my information and I should be able to change it as I see fit without having to go through another entity to do so.

I work with them before with my debt and they did everything they promised and more
