Absolutely amazing service! This is not the first time we've used Luggage Delivery. They were very good last time, Germany to England, but this time they were truly awesome. Marcus was the agent. I'd made some last minute changes the day before collection. I'd repeatedly called them and really was looking for reassurance, to name just a couple of things, and nothing was ever too much. Then, suddenly, to add to all of that, my daughter had just realised that she couldn't get the labels printed. The university had temporarily closed, due to the coronavirus and it was Easter, so no facilities were available. Nevertheless, the agent went above and beyond, thinking out of the box of ways to achieve this. The library was closed and neither she nor anyone else had a printer. His brilliant thinking saved the day 😊, 'Ask reception to the halls of residence'. With just over an hour left he'd solved what seemed impossible, bearing in mind collection was the next day. He'd also called me, that morning, to confirm the booking and then my daughter to make sure all was okay the day of collection, considering the stressful circumstances, and to reassure and check she was okay. You supported me every step of the way Marcus and I certainly didn't feel alone or abandoned especially, as I say, at such a difficult time too. A massive weight taken off my shoulders and I have and will always recommend you, Luggage Delivery. You have your weight in gold with Marcus and I can't sing his praises enough.

The most stressful experience. I booked for my luggage to be collected over the phone, stating the importance of a morning collection as I had a train to catch. The next day I called back to ask for the pick up address to be changed (this change moved the address about 30m). The day of pick up I received an email asking for pick up confirmation since they couldn't get through to my mobile. The number stated on the email was not my own despite me giving the phone operator my number both times that I had called. I then had to leave and catch my train without my bag being collected, leaving the bag in the hands of one of my flatmates. I then called the company at quarter past five asking what had happened and why no one had attempted to contact me. Apparently the pick up driver had turned up at 10am with the old address and my old phone number and therefore had been unable to pick up my bag. The company had failed to inform me of this during the subsequent 7 hours. They then told me that they were going to try and get a driver out in the next hour, this never materialised. The next day, with me being 200 miles away from my bag and the person looking after my bag in the meantime going home that afternoon I then called again. Again I was told that a morning collection had been arranged, again this never materialised. After this "3rd" arrangement of collection I called again. For the FOURTH time a pick up was arranged. An hour later I got a phone call from a rather annoyed DHL driver who couldn't find my bag because yet again this useless company had failed to change the pick up address. Having paid for a one day service the bag is finally with me after 5 days. At least DHL can actually do its job. The experience with this company has been one of complete incompetency. This company obviously has zero internal communication, there is nothing that could convince me to use them again.

Highly recommend Student Luggage Delivery, I used them in September for an international delivery, they where quick, cheap and great to communicate with.

I was quite sceptical about the Student Luggage Delivery, due to the fact I passed through dozens of website, where it cost from 100 to 600ish to transfer my luggage.
When I somehow popped in the website I thought It was a scam and they will definitely either take my money or steal my luggage!

However, after talking to the staff n reading testimonials I decided to give it a go!

Many thanks to the incredible team that manage to deliver my luggage so promptly !!! Ordered it on 21st, with the request of delivering it on 24th if possible! Despite saying that, they will be very busy on 24th, before Christmas, and the estimate deliver will be 27th, they did not fail and I received it before noon on 24th! Best present ever!

Forever thankful for being so affordable, international and fast with delivering!

Best for price and timelines

I needed a service that would allow me to transport my University luggage back home. I saw a lot of other websites offering the same service but for more money. I really cannot fault this service, it was seamless from door to door. I must have rang up around 10x speaking to Customer Service to double check if my boxes were ok etc and every time they were so helpful and patient and I felt as if it was a very personal service that really cared and it really takes all the stress away.

Outstanding customer service. I had a couple issues with application of student discount and with my zip on my suitcase however nothing major, but as soon as customer services were notified they were straight on the case and immediately gave me a refund of what I was accidently over charged which seemed to be a simple mistake and the issue with the zip was quickly resolved in that it had become caught in the last leg of the joinery making it appear open. However this was quickly chased up, the driver had checked nothing had fallen out and I was made aware that if this had happened at the depot it would have indeed been sealed up for extra security. Overall I was regularly kept up to date and the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were resolved as quickly as possible. Very polite and reassuring services and will 100% use again.

Everything went smoothly, all my questions were answered by the customer service and my luggage arrived even earlier than I thought. I am pleased by the service.

Cases collected from London on Monday. Received in Berlin on Tuesday. Able to track everything online through Fedex. Would definitely recommend this service.
