Really disappointed and concerned that I'll never recieve the shoes I've ordered nor a refund based on the reviews I have read, I have placed an order with this company previously and was very impressed by the speed of shipment and delivery, this time around not so much, I placed an order, a birthday gift, on the 5th of October, it is now the 26th of October and I have yet to receive the shoes I have paid for, I have contacted Stylefile in regards and they claim to be investigating this for me, this was last Thursday, I'm giving Stylefile until Thursday this week to get back to me about my order, if they haven't responded I will be requesting a full refund, I will update my review with their response so you can judge for yourselves whether it's worth taking the gamble on this company

I ordered a pair of 'classic printed camo crocs' to my address in Brighton, UK on 11th October and received the crocs on 19th October. Thus, I received the item within the quoted delivery period of 6-8 days which is always good. I was a bit antsy regarding my purchase from Stylefile after looking at a lot of the reviews here, so I made sure to chase up customer service regularly for details on my order status following my order, mainly by email and once by telephone. My experience of customer service was that they were fairly prompt in replying to my emails and cordial over the phone. However, I didn't receive my tracking number till the 18th October (a day before they arrived). Overall I'll give my experience of Stylefile 4** for prompt delivery and reasonably swift customer communication.

Ordered a pair of Air Force 1 LV8 S50 light stone/black/red. I searched literally every legit site on Google. Footlocker, Zalando, Stock X. Was not available in my size anywhere until I came across this site. I was a little suspicious at first since, I think Stylefile is a German based company so if I had any issues to would be difficult to reach them, and never heard of it before in the UK. Thankfully they are a legit business and quite large too. They have 37k followers on Instagram.
My shoes came even sooner than I expected I ordered them on the 26th and got shipped on the 28th and arrived today on the 30th. They send you a tracking number too so you can follow along and see where it is. On top of that since my shoes were like £79 I got free delivery. The shoes and the box came in perfect condition and I absolutely love them I’m so happy I took a chance and ordered from here.
In short I definitely recommend and would buy from here again.

I was very skeptical about ordering from this company after reading the reviews, but I've been wanting to order a certain pair of trainers for a while and this was the only place I could find that still had them in stock. So I took my chances and I'm glad I did - my order arrived safe and sound. The only down side was that the shipping was delayed by a few days, but they emailed me to let me know in advance.

After reading the negative feedback from customers I was a bit dubious about buying from this seller however as they were the only place I could get a certain pair of trainers I took a punt and ordered them. Turns out the trainers weren't black but dark grey so I had to cancel the order. I completed the customer form really late on at night asking to cancel the order and went to bed. I woke up to an emailed reply advising that the order had been cancelled and the refund issued. I've just checked and a few hours after receiving the email the refund is pending in my PAYPAL account. I cannot fault the customer service and will definitely order from them again. I'm in the UK.

Problem 1: 1 out of 2 hoodies never came.
Problem 2: Packaging is inadequate. Damaged by DHL during transportation but I received it in its original packaging as there was the Stylefile tape on it. The box barely fitted 1 hoodie.
Problem 3: Customer service does not seem to be reading emails to understand the context of the issue I was reporting to them. This is frustrating, inefficient and disrespectful. You're NOT doing me a favour by asking me to keep the item I already returned; you're NOT doing me a favour by refunding me for the WRONG item because it's LESS than the price I paid for the MISSING item. Yes you're pretty quick at replying but it doesn't help if you don't understand why I'm contacting you.
Problem 4: Please answer my question honestly when I ask whether you investigated if it's your fault or DHL's fault. Please do not ignore my question. I'm not responsible for neither your nor DHL's logistics mistakes, but right now I'm literally paying for it.
Timeline:
May 27th: Order placed
June 1st: Order dispatched
June 5th: Order received, but 1 item missing
June 7th: Contacted them regarding the missing item, got reply on the next day
June 9th: Filed and sent Stylefile the "Schadensanzeige" as requested, also returned the only item I received. Was asked to wait for 3-6 weeks for the investigation to close. I asked if they actually sent the item in the first place. Never received an answer for this question.
June 20th: I asked if they received the return because I still didn't get a confirmation after 2 weeks.
June 21st: Got a refund for the item I returned
July 7th: Opened dispute with PayPal for the missing item which I still haven't been refunded for. They got back to me very quickly on the same day, but offering to refund me for the item that I already got a refund for. LOL.
Judge for yourself. Worst experience I have ever had with any e-commerce platforms.

My parcel have not arrived even if the status says it has! The (GLS) says that there is no parcel shop in my location and I live in Sweden. I have not received any messages that my parcel can be found at this location or anything similar. Feel like I have been taken in.

Ordered a pair of Adidas before Christmas. Due to the holidays and the Corona virus the delivery was delayed, but the shoes arrived fine. The only complaint I have, is that the company did not include my phone number on the delivery sheet. Other than that I have nothing to report. I used amazon pay for additional security, recommend, since the reviews did frighten me a lot.
Ordered from this site in November, still no sign of my parcel on the 10th of December so I checked tracking number which showed parcel was at portlaoise mail centre. A few days before Christmas I contacted stylefile as tracking had not moved, they told me they would check it out with dhl and let me know. No update after a few days so I messaged stylefile again to be told the package could not be delivered due to the current situation and is now being returned to them. Strange as package was already in Ireland and post is not being stopped. I asked for a refund to be told they had to process the parcel first. So in other words I need to wait until they receive the item back till I get my money back! I have no proof if they will get it back or not as my tracking still says it’s in portlaoise. I don’t think it’s fair that have to wait for a refund considering I didn’t even get the package in the first place!
