Incorrect product sent

They sent the incorrect product or they have incorrect descriptions on their webpage. I ordered 2 pair of jeans shorts. They are listed as 100% cotton. Both pair received are a bland between cotton and elastan. For some this does not matter at all, but it is a deal breaker for me. They do not have accurate delivery times on their webpage either - I know it is Covid19 times but Stylefile indeed also knows that is Covid19 times and should amend their delivery times accordingly. They took double the time on their delivery. For me, these are all signs of an unserious business and I do not trust to get my money back. I will not recommend other to buy products from this seller.

So far quite bad

So far quite bad, I placed my order on 21 june(declared delivery time 3-6 working days) today 30th june no even shipment information and all my emails were ignored.

A good shopping experience

I was looking for a winter jacket that was sold out almost everywhere and found it on sale from Stylefile. I got it today and it was a perfect fit. Delivery was a little late due to the current coronavirus situation, but I was notified by email the next day. Overall a good first shopping experience, I will definitely order from this site again.

I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT TO BUY FROM STYLEFILE AFTER READING SOME REVIEWS BUT I WENT FOR IT ANYWAY. BOUGHT 3 T SHIRTS AND A PAIR OF SHORTS. THE PRICES WERE GOOD AND I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. SO IM HAPPY THEY ARRIVED TODAY. I WAS EXPECTING THEM IN 3 TO 6 WORKING DAYS BUT IT TOOK 10 WORKING DAYS AND I WAS GETTING A LITTLE NERVOUS . BUT I EMAILED AND TRACKED AND IT WAS ALL GOOD. ITS IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IF YOU HAVE ENQUIRIES. I DONT BLAME THEM FOR THE DELAY BECAUSE OF COVID 19 AND COURIERS UPTO THERE EYES IN ORDERS. SO ALL IN ALL I WILL BUY FROM STYLEFILE AGAIN.

Keep well away from this site

Keep well away from this site! After I had placed an order for trainers for my daughter I received an email to say they did not have her size so cancelled my order a few hrs after it was placed. To make sure it was cancelled I was on contact with their 'customer support' and was assured my order was cancelled. Today I received an email to say the trainers, in the wrong size😠 was shipped. This is just so unprofessional I will never shop on this site again. My advice stay well away

The customerserivce has not assured you at all that the order was canncelled, the screenshot you sended, there is not written by the customerservice that the order is been cancelled. So how can you be so assure that the order is been cancelled when you can not send us an proof that the customerserivce has written that to you?

Furthermore, you are not been forced at all to keep the article, you can send it back withing 30 days free of charges, and as soon as the return parcel is here, the amount will be refunded.

Great experience for me!

Ordered my item(I'm from the UK), but was dubious with the bad reviews. I couldn't find the item I wanted anywhere else, so thought I'd take a chance. I wasn't expecting delivery to be quick, with the current situation of the pandemic, and my order coming from oversea. However, less than a week later, my item arrived. Absolutely brilliant customer service, thanks very much.

Rubbish company

Rubbish company, fake tracking information. Pretty sure my item was never sent out considering when I emailed stylefile to find out a where my package was they mention 2 different courier companies in the response emails, seems very odd.

This company has very poor customer…

This company has very poor customer service. I ordered sandals a week ago and immediately received an email confirmation showing payment accepted. Today I went online to check the status and saw that my ordered was cancelled without any explanation or email notifying me of the cancellation. I emailed customer service and learned that it was cancelled "because my billing address was in a different county than my shipping address." I suspect it was cancelled because they did not actually have the shoe I ordered. After many emails back and forth I tried to reorder using paypal and learned they no longer have the shoe I ordered in my size. In the meantime, they have a hold on funds through my credit card for 14 days. Based on others reviews, the bottom line seems to be that they only provide good service if they can actually get a hold of your item once you have ordered it.

We do not and can not sell an article when it is not in stock.
According to the German law, the invoice and delivery address has to be both in the same country.
In your case it was not so, thats why we had to cancel your order.
Even if you had orderd though PayPal even then it was cancelled cause the law is above the payment method!

Please note that we are an online company, we sell over 4000 article a day, we can not hold an article for every client just in case that he/she will order again and in the correct way.

We have not hold the amount on your credit card at all for 14 days, it depends on your credit card company, when they release the amount for you to shop again.

Great delivery and product is as described.

After looking at all of the reviews on here I was quite turned off using this site. But they were the only site that had the jumper I was looking for in stock so I took a chance that paid off. I ordered a Patagonia fleece on Sunday 7 days ago it arrived at my home in Ireland this morning. Great speed especially during the lockdown. Product was perfect and as described.

Wonderful website

I was skeptic to use the website as never had before and must say the service and speed of delivery was excellent. Ordered Nike runners and they were perfect, not copied, not fake, perfect condition and came in Nike box. Arrived within a week and on good Friday! Would defo recommend using ☺️

Fantastic!

Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks (pattern unavailable In Canada), arrived in only 1 week from Germany and price was cheaper than I could buy here. Perfect packaging. First time using Stylefile and was skeptical but now am a loyal customer!

NOT what I ordered

I ordered a Nike hoodie Dec. 26 and JUST received on Jan 15. Needless to say the item I received was a cheap looking SCARF!! Not at all close to the item I ordered. I have since requested a refund..... waiting on a reply. Please proceed with caution!!!!

Great!

I was a bit skeptical based on previous reviews but I received my order in UK shipped from Germany in 8 days. The price was very competitive as well and the shoes arrived in excellent condition. I have nothing to complain about and would use again!

All ok

Website is fine sent my order. Northface gotham iii coat. However it did take like a month to arrive and after reading these reviews here I got scared because they claim 3-5 days delivery. But was no fault of theres it was a problem with parcel force lying about attempting delivery everyday for about 3 weeks until I finally went to depot and collected myself
