Customer Service is terrible!!!

This gots be the most ridiculous customer service I've ever seen. I'm not go to give you the long story. From somehow I lost my card. And on the 23rd of May there was a charge for $366.47 taking from my account. So I tried to contact customer service and I seen that it has a international number. I live in the US and now I contact them. However there's an email you can use to contact them. But what makes it ridiculous is its automated. Meaning whatever you say they reply with the same freaking email. Saying the same crap. But they did say that the transaction was cancel. And I should receive my refund within 14 days. Today is the 4th of June. It hasn't been 14 days yet but I got a feeling that I won't get it back. Cuz the customer service is effin terrible. Like they got me talking to a robot. Beyond mad right now.

Our system automatically sends a confirmation email for every email we receive. This email is always the same as it only confirms that we have received your email.

In the case of a credit card fraud, the first thing you need to do is get in contact with your credit card company to block your card and report the fraud to your local authorities.
For us to act, we need a reference number and credit card number. Once we have received those we will try our best to cancel the order if it is still possible or get back the parcel so we can cancel the order afterwards.

Would recommend

Bought an item from stylefile, which was either out of stock or vastly more expensive everywhere else. Even with the € to £ exchange rate it was still cheaper. Arrived promptly. Very impressed, would recommend!

Excellent!!! I've searched for FILA Disruptor shoes on almost the entire net and only found them here, the last pair and the exact size.. incredible!! Inmediate shipment, fast delivery, the product exactly as advertised.I'll buy again, no doubt.

Appalling!!

Appalling!!
Ordered an "in stock" item 6 weeks back and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Originally they said the item was in stock but then we received emails saying they were waiting on a delivery. Over the past 6 weeks all we have heard is excuses, then last week an email saying its finally been dispatched but according to the delivery tracking system its still in Germany!!!!
The customer service provided by Stylefile is appalling. One lie after another, now we are 6 days from Christmas with no trainers and £110 out of pocket! Disgusting !!

Absolute scum received no email with customer id or information and when I sent an email about this they asked for my customer id ordered 4 weeks ago they said the payment didn't go through but the money was taken out of my account absolute fraud

We have received a credit card authorization from you, but since you did not confirm the complete order process, we had to ask, if we were allowed to charge your card when the order has been shipped.
Since the authorization was from August 18th, 2017 and the order has not been confirmed right away, the credit card authorization expired.
If your card was still blocked, we would need you to contact your bank since we do not have a pending authorization anymore.

Great

At first i was scared to order smth from this website, as I thought that it might be fake or smth. But then I risked cos i couldnt find anywhere else the shoes i wanted and im very glad i did order it from this websit.

So my shoes were delivered after 5 days, which is fast. and what i also liked is that the manager replied witihin one hour to all my mails. Great service.
