We apologize for the error, the warehouseman sent the wrong item.
We have proposed to the customer, sending the exact item but it has been refused, we have therefore refunded the full amount paid by the customer and we have also proposed to refund the return shipping cost but we have not received a reply.
We still apologize for the error and this will teach us to pay much more attention to the items we ship.
We have however sent you a voucher to make us forgive you for the mistake.
