I WRITE THIS REVIEW AS A WARNING TO ALL THAT CONSIDER TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Seen the last reviews and the same happened to me.
Payment upfront.
inquired if the unit was completely compatible with my MG ZS 2018.
Reply was yes sir no issues just connect the cables and it will be all good and functional.
The unit arrived as described in the reviews below.
In a cart box no instructions and no manual.
And the unit looked like being second hand
Connected the unit up as far as I could make out correctly.
UNIT FAILURE LIST.
No FM radio reception.( bought a similar unit from an other web site and it functioned)
No can bus connection.
No back up camera reception.
No steering wheel control.
No car settings could be done.
No replies on my requests for support.
No answers on my mails. 5x
No answers on website requests for contact via the chat line
No contact via whats app.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPEND.

Wanted money transferred without any recipe when we asked for paypal they refused, luckelly I red other reviews and saved my money!

BUYER BEWARE! Like others that have posted reviews about this company, GMSHINE (SUAVDVDGPS) LIMITED, you should reconsider before and definitely not purchase anything from this web sight, company or persons. Every process from the beginning was a warning sign that was unfortunately ignored. UP-FRONT CASH ONLY purchase requirements to Aixiang Zhou personally, not the company. Delay in delivery. When item was delivered, it came in a plain carton and packing materials that gave the impression it was USED and stuffed in a carton which happened to be useful. NO INSTRUCTIONS. Also the unit and wiring is different than what was posted in both web photos and video. They (Mocal Chen) will respond until they receive your payment. After reviewing the contents with a professional installer, it was found that the unit GMSHINE (SUAVDVDGPS) sent, was the wrong unit. Disappointing because there were several email exchanges detailing the vehicle style and factory installed items before purchase. GMSHINE (SUAVDVDGPS) responded with “Completely compatible.” After finding the unit was incorrect, several email request were made for an exchange with no response.

Definitely this company should not be recommended to anyone.

I sent them a message asking them the price for a auris and before buying it they assured me that it is for auris and that it would have all the functions.
When I received it I saw that it was not the same as mine, it lacked cable back camera and the cabus. The rear cable is not connected to the connector. And worst of all, it does not fit into the gap. I send them mails and by whatsapp and they do not reply. I had it at home in less than two weeks.

I bought 2 devices for Honda civic 2016 and 2017, the seller identified as MOCAL Chen, have repplied all emails and doubts. But, after payment, never more repplies! They sent different components and connectors. Its impossible to conect digital TV receiver that i bought together.
For device to civic 2016, they sent a wrong cambus. And for civic 2017 the multimédia is different from model on website, it appears an inferior model. BE CAREFUL with suavdvdgps!

I bought a dvdgps car system from this seller which is not working, have tried to contact them different ways, wrote more than 20 messages to them, never answering.
they show different items and software than what they send to buyers
Never buy anything from this seller, I feel like they stolen 500 dollars from me!
