Oh dear
Subdued make nice clothes, but they are overpriced and not made with very high quality fabric. For example, I have the baby pink stripe lounge pants, and they are completely see-through. Subdued is also not size inclusive and only stocks in size 6 through 10. This excludes people from enjoying their products. I choose not to support a company which is size inclusive and makes people feel insecure. Their entire business model is built on being thin and it is not acceptable in today's culture.
I am tall (5'11'') and when I was in the kings road store in October I was trying on some trousers. They weren't long enough, and I asked a sales assistant if they had any length variations and she just said 'subdued wasn't built for people like ... you'. This is also not acceptable treatment of patrons.
For alternative options which have similar designs to subdued, but much better quality and more size inclusivity, I would recommend MINKA DINK LONDON for high quality items which do sizes from XS-XXL and Madlady Sweden, who are length inclusive.

Restocked!!
This shop clears its inventory over the weekend. (ex) if you order size 36 on Friday, they might not have enough stock for that week (allocated to each country). You will automatically receive a refund on Monday. My size 36 wasn't available during the day on Monday and I received Refunds automatically. At 18h it was restocked. I ordered again size 36 that evening and received it two days later. Home delivery is only available in my EU country. Not pick up at Shop.
Design & Quality are very good. Size 36 for my 164cm and 43kg.
I learned about this store through a friend's recommendation. Here is an international retailer, customer Q&A are handled by AI. I'm satisfied with about 80% of answers. Hopefully, If there had been human assistance, I would have felt more at ease during our first purchase.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Shipping is already expensive at £5 per order. If something doesn’t fit, you can’t take it back to store instead they charge you £9 TO RETURN AN ITEM! £9!! So you’re £14 down if you have something delivered and it doesn’t fit. There’s also no option to return an item via a different courier and pay separately. I’m shocked at the lack of customer service and will NEVER shop at Subdued again - either online or instore. Have complained but has done no good. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

You have no way to exchange an order…
You have no way to exchange an order for a larger size. You do not refund the $12 shipping charge for the returned item. If I ordered another size, I would again pay the $12 shipping. I'm not paying a total of $24 for shipping on a $28 bathing suit top. Plus I'm probably going to have to pay something for returning the top that is too small. Not a smart way to do business.
