I really like sour clothes and the…

I really like sour clothes and the quality of them, but I do not like, that the sizes are so different and you can’t compare them. For example one pant, that sits perfect is size 34 and then you order another at size 34 it’s way to small.

Return fee

I returned a jacket because it arrived with a very strong smell of smoke, which made it uncomfortable to wear. Instead of acknowledging this issue, customer service claimed there was no defect and refused to take responsibility.

To make matters worse, they charged me a €9 return fee, even though the return was clearly due to the condition of the item and not a change of mind. As a customer, you should not be penalized for receiving a product in such a state.

The handling of this case feels unfair and unprofessional. I expected a more reasonable and customer-oriented approach.

We would like to clarify that every item returned as "faulty" undergoes a rigorous quality control process by our warehouse team. In this specific case, after a thorough inspection, no defects or odors were detected on the garment.
As stated in our initial correspondence and according to our Return Policy clearly visible on our website, return shipping costs are covered by the brand only if a defect is confirmed upon inspection. Since the item was found to be in perfect condition, the standard return fee was applied.
We always strive to provide the best service to our customers, but we must also adhere to our internal quality standards and policies to ensure fairness for everyone.

The item I ordered arrived right on time! As it was for a gift, it did matter. It was as shown on the picture and the material was very soft. It does wash well too. True to size.
