I can't praise Suddies highly enough. Steve carried out the replacement of a worn out part on our fridge freezer in a timely and efficient manner, and for a reasonable charge. He was very tidy, and even had overshoes to put on at the door so as not to make a mess. It makes a wonderful change to be able to speak to a person when you ring up, and not only that, they know the job they're doing for you and are extremely helpful. Full marks to the lady I spoke to on the phone. In addition to the part replacement, we had a mysterious noise we were worried about and they were very patient with our attempts to record it in the hopes they could work out what it was. We did eventually succeed and were told, very honestly, that it was something that was best not interfered with. Advice which we shall take. You couldn't do better than use their services.

I was recommended Suddies (via Keymex in Reigate) after I had an issue with my Miele Vacuum Cleaner.

I was delighted I called out Suddies to deal with the error light that had come up on my dishwasher. Steve the engineer rang me the day before to let me know he'd be arriving around 8am, put protective covers on his shoes before entering my house and set about diagnosing what was wrong with the dishwasher, explaining what he was discovering as he went. Water had collected at the base, but this turned out to be due to a leaking washing machine hose behind my dishwasher, which he replaced there and then for the cost of the hose in addition to the callout fee. All within less than an hour. Excellent service from Suddies.

Suddies are a great company . They recently came and saved my two elderly Miele washing machines . Both of which are around 18 years old . Both working again like new and saved me from buying new ones . Excellent service .

An excellent appliance repair company in Surrey. They are reasonably priced, honest and the engineer who came out was friendly and professional. I cannot fault this company in any way. Highly recommended.

Consistent Excellent Service from Suddies. Excellent booking system, call to say when they are on their way too, helpful, friendly and efficient team both in the office and engineer. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Having a negative experience with Affordable Electrics after our oven broke down I rang Suddies who were so much customer centric. Tony understood the root cause from the telephone & sent Steve who had finished his shift but knew how important it was to get fixed. They came up with a pragmatic solution & very happily to deal with someone who speak to customers in a normal, civil manner. Thanks guys!

Steve installed new under counter larder fridge, and took away the old one.
His workmanship was impeccable: having arrived on time, he removed the old fridge after much effort on account of its broken door and extreme corrosion which had caused pooling at floor level. Installation of the new fridge was done smoothly. He instructed me on how long to wait before plugging in, and set the thermostat temperature appropriately. He was courteous throughout. I can't recommend highly enough.

Very helpful. Diagnosed washing machine problem over the phone so I could fix it myself without the need of a call out. Great company. Have used ten several times & would recommend.

Brilliant service on our oven, thought we would have to wait for parts, but the technician had spares in his van !! Thank you Suddies, we will use you again, and recommend you !!

Toil and worry, trouble and strife
Incurring the wrath of an impatient wife
For now the washing machine refuses to drain
And the grief i’m getting is driving me insane

Feeling half a man as i furrow about
Draining the waste pipe as i swear and shout

So i pour myself a rather stiff drink

Of a place in Epsom that’s nearly next door
I speak to Karen who puts me at ease
Books me a slot before collecting her fees

Then that afternoon along comes Steve
Fresh faced and masked but makes me believe
That he can repair and unclog the pipes
Flush through the hose as he cleans and he wipes

Done in a jiffy so what was the cause
A sock, a rag and an old bit of gauze
What a relief and for just ninety quid
i pumped my fist as he screwed down the lid

So no longer was i to be under the cosh
As the knights from Epsom unblocked my Bosch
With so many cowboys ruining this game
If you want the best ..Suddies is their name

Earlier on this year I had a delivery of a dishwasher from a well known company , but, despite having paid them to install it they told me they couldn't . I called suddies and they were out right away , very professional service and polite and friendly staff both on the phone and the guy that came out .
More recently I had to have my sebo hoover fixed , once again I called suddies on waterloo road in Epsom surrey and took my hoover in , again they were very professional, polite and friendly . My hoover is now fixed and I even had it serviced too . Hats off to suddies, you're amazing , I personally wouldn't go to anyone else.
