Summer & Winter Reviews 

I don't normally write these reviews, but dealing with this company was a real pleasure.
I ordered a Nova Titan 4 x 3 pergola, which is an excellent product.
When I placed my order online delivery was quoted as 3 to 5 days. The next morning, which was a Saturday, I received a call explaining that being a larger item and we were outside the normal delivery area we would have to wait a bit longer for delivery. Unfortunately we had planned to go away at the end of the following week and I explained that I did only order because it 3 to 5 days was quoted. The up shot was the delivery was within 5 days. They came when they said.

Bought a Madrid dining set. Very quick turn around lovely chap I spoke to on the phone who processed the order. Very happy would recommend!!!

The Customer service is well below expectation. Customer service failed to keep me informed as to the status of my order. I had to ring several times to establish when my order would arrive. When it finally did arrive they sent the wrong cover for the outside table. Emailed customer service about the order error as they requested but 24 hours on I still have not been contacted as to when I might receive the correct table cover. I do not think I will be using Summer and Winter again because spending over £1,000 you would expect an excellent level of customer service

Ordered a Nova outdoor dining set, paid in full and waited for the next seasons delivery. The product was discontinued but we were offered what turns out to be a much better product. Communication was good, delivery was good and product is very impressive, special thanks to Kaine for helping us out with an alternate product and delivery. It was worth the wait.

Excellent service and helpful staff. We chose some matching garden recliners to go with the garden set we had previously bought from chimes. We were informed every step of the way regarding delivery. Garden furniture was delivered right to the garden as an added bonus!

Great experience from start to finish. My furniture set was delivered to Scotland all the way from Essex in 7 days and the quality of the set was exceptional. There was a small issue with the ignition which the team sent up a new one almost immediately
