Would never buy again
The package was delivered with visible damage to the box. This was recorded with photos. We were not ready to put the shed up but when we opened the box almost every panel was bent, buckled, scratched or dented.
The company were initially helpful and advised damage in transit was often the case and offered replacement or compensation. Despite continuing communication with them neither ever materialised.
Having emailed them again no response was ever received.

Misleading photo of items colour
When I searched the internet for a blue garden storage box, a photo of a blue box was shown on their page. This is misleading as the box is black. I missed this in the written description as I was looking at the photo. I rang the company and asked them to remove the misleading photo. They have not

Ordering and delivery were very good , came well packaged, my only reason for the missing star is that the instructions where a little vague and my suggestion would be to mark the panels with the pictures to reflect which item to work on as this wasn’t clear in the instructions

Thank you for your review. Regrettably the only way we can deliver bulky items quickly and cheaply is to use national carriers. Most deliveries happen without a hitch.
We are sorry that in this case your delivery had some minor damage but we are pleased we were able to supply a replacement part promptly.
Purchased the 20ft x 13ft garage…
Purchased the 20ft x 13ft garage recently, the condensation build up it creates is just ridiculous and the rain pours into it, spoke to a lady at the company for help, which was less than forthcoming to say the least, the garage is not fit for purpose, and anything in it gets soaked, so a complete waste of money, and a company who dosnt give a dam and just fobs you off

This is despite our attempts to help you during the assembly and despite our explanation of how condensation is attracted to cold hard services and how, particularly after a brand new base dries out this is much less of a problem. We have asked for photos which you declined to email. These structures should not leak and if you are able to contact us directly with the photos we requested we are still happy to offer advice that will hopefully solve any potential issues regarding water ingress.

Decent quality canopy
Purchased the! 10ftx16ft to use as a carport ,works very well, stood up well in high winds .comes in 2 boxes the metalwork box is long and heavy ,definite 2man lift but well packed,instructions are picture type .
