The quality of the garden studio is excellent. The instructions could have been more easy to follow though, as some of the diagramatic illustrations are confusing. The wood is quite knotty so be prepared to use plenty of anti-knotting solution and filler for small imperfections.

Fantastic service from summerhouse24. They sent two guys out from Northampton to Sunderland to rectify a warped log that wouldn't fit. Few days later I realised the build was too much for me so they organised a team to come out within a week to finish the summerhouse for a slightly reduced fitting fee seeing as I was already some way through the build. The customer service was outstanding and we are delighted with the quality of the cabin and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Everything was good the only thing was the delay cabin is perfect.

I self built and it went together very nicely, not to be undertaken unless you have a reasonable understanding of construction or engineering perhaps. Definitely needs 2 persons. The only issue, I phoned their helpline for advice once and they did not call back. Ensure that you make the base as instructed and get the base beams dead square! When building up the areas around window slots and door slots, it appears to be very wobbly but once you get the top beam on and slot the windows in it all comes square. (The windows and doors go in after!

We are very happy with the service we received ,the quality of the product is great. Very slight problem with the window frames becoming warped. Excellent delivery and advice given by delivery driver to use a cargo strap was invaluable.
Instalation instructions could be improved .However anymtime we rang for advice this was answered quickly and professionally with further instruction sent.Also you tube was pretty handy.
We are over the moon with how the jacob E with canopy looks in our garden.looks very expensive finished product.

I can't fault it. The shed I bought was beautifully made and all fitted together well. The standard of design was excellent with high quality components. Unexpected detail, such as the metal sheet covering for the door sill. The timber itself is of excellent quality.
This is all well supported by customer support line open every day, with knowledgeable staff. When I ran out of sheets for the roof shingles, they sent two more through the post, no quibble.
It's such a high standard building, I am almost embarrassed to be using it just as a shed! Thank you SummerHouse24.

Great company to deal with Quality of summer house is excellent

Overall from the purchase through to delivery, Summerhouse24 were fantastic. We bought the Jacob E 12m2. It’s extremely sturdy and well thought out and looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the final results. Customer services kept us informed and up to date with delivery. We built the cabin ourselves and I would recommend having some building experience, however it’s very possible to build without.

Really happy with the quality of the log cabin and enjoyed building it. All packed and wrapped and delivered on time. All components there. Only minor quibble would be that the instructions were not the easiest to follow (for those building themselves).

Ordering was easy, the helpful guys went through all the options, and made sure I ended up with what I wanted. Delivery was on time, and the driver managed to get it onto my drive. I have built the summer house and it looks great, just like the picture on the website.

Quality of materials was superior to what I was expecting.
Altogether, I'm very pleased with it.

Summerhouse installed is shockingly bad. Installation team unprofessional and behaved appallingly on our property. Many defects which await fixing as teams continually cancel. Very rude stafff. Do not waste your hard earned cash.

I purchased a 7meter cabin with canopy in January, it was delivered 7 weeks later, when I started to construct it it was different to the papers Summerhouse 24 sent me after I had put a deposit down, the cabin I received had smaller windows and the building paperwork did not match the ones Summerhouse 24 had already sent me. The only reason I ordered from these people was that I liked the look of this cabin, the one I received had smaller length windows, I did question wether it was a returned cabin as the window fittings where all scratched and one window handle was broken.
When I complained about my cabin I was sent 2 chairs and a small table set, something I didn’t want, Customer service people Oliver and John apologised for this and said they had changed there suppliers and the cabins were a bit different, I said surely I should have been aware of this and told, they have just laughed and done nothing since, no replying to my emails or phone calls, Customer service is disgraceful and very unprofessional.
I had to buy extra wood to make sliding doors fit, this is why I am sure it was an old cabin kit. These people did not offer to reimburse me for all the extra wood I had to purchase from Travis Perkins to make the sliding doors fit.
If I had to purchase another cabin I would definitely not buy or recommend these people at Summerhouse24, very disappointed with the whole experience of dealing with these rude dishonest people.
Will be adding this to my Facebook so more people are aware of this company, what really gets me is that I have been very polite with my emails and as soon as I complained and said I want some kind of compensation I get no response at all, very rude and unprofessional

Went to make a purchase, no one would speak to us at the Devon branch so I went and purchased my summer house/sauna from someone one els.

I am not going to spend a substantial amount of many for a summer house without face to face contact, I want to know who you are before shelling out £20.000+ which by the way can be done safely and with masks and If your so concerned about covid try putting some hand sanitizer in the emty bottle at the gate. My wife and I was totally ignord dispite attempting to get your attention.
