Arrived much earlier than we had expected,which was great,erected next day,area left tidy after.Solid well built cabin,we are delighted

We ordered on December 17th, the cabin was up and ready on January 27th that’s an amazing service, the whole process went very smoothly and we are very happy with our purchase

Well it's arrived early base not down yet so haven't opened packaging but 5 stars for the delivery team very helpful

Purchasing service excellent. Customer services were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and patient at all times in providing information, advice and guidance about their product.
Final product appears solid and sound now that it has been constructed. It will be interesting to see how it fares over a period of time.
However, should you be considering a large Summerhouse24 garden room, from my experience you may have to be prepared for:-
1. Having good access to your property. The articulated HGV that delivered the parts was heavily laden and just about managed to negotiate our quite steep driveway thanks to the driver's skill. Your unloading area should also be solid as the HGV's stabilising feet exert a seriously heavy downward pressure. My tarmac driveway now has an unwelcome three inch deep pothole that needs repairing where one of the feet punctured the tarmac.
2. To install the unit yourself, you must be very experienced.
3. I paid for the installation service and the three man eastern european team were very polite and worked really hard erecting the unit in two days. But they were clearly on a time constraint as the installation appeared rushed resulting in several main beams with large/long splinters that I have had to repair with wood glue. There are also places where screws or nails have come through. The weather was not great during day two of installation so there are a number of muddy footprints that need cleaning off various areas of the outside timbers.
4. Due to the crew's time constraints in needing to complete the installation on time (two days), I have been left with a considerable amount of tidying up to do. Various debris around my property including nails, staples, plastic (bags/long wrapping sheets/other wrapping/straps etc.). Although they collected the left over timber in one place at my request and covered it, it needed resorting and restacking. Be prepared for some hours of post-installation tidying up!
5. The timber being extremely knotty! The advertising small print states that the unit arrives untreated, but this structure has more knots than I have experienced seeing in any outside wooden building. I am on day three of sanding the knots and applying knot treatment so as to limit the likelihood of knot sap leaching through the final stain/paint coat and leaving white stains everywhere. And so far only one side and the front treated! Mind numbingly tedious, awkward and exhausting, particularly at this time of the year!
6. I have been made aware that horizontal timbers can expand and contract up to about 4cms over the next two years or so. Whether this is due to the wood being untreated I do not know, but careful consideration needs to be taken about any planned internal fixtures to the unit walls.

When the Summerhouse finally came after 30 weeks I was pleased with the final building. The team of four Eastern European builders knew exactly what to do and in less than 24 hours it was finished.

A long long wait for the product despite adverts quoting around 2 months.
Product arrived short of roof t&g boards. Summerhouse 24 arranged for replacement boards locally, but profile was slightly different and tongues had to be removed in order to butt up adjacent boards on roof.
Communications with Summerhouse 24 have been excellent throughout the issues.

The quality of the Summer house/Garden room is exceptional.
Customer service was a little slow at the beginning of the process, However the service received was very good.

The instructions were not specific to our build, but customer services were able to assist each time we needed support with the build.

We experienced excellent customer service from SummerHouse24 from start to finish, we are really happy with the Garden Room and installation. We had a slight delay, but I was informed each step of the way and kept in communication.

It would be even better if they would paint it for you, but I guess you can't have everything :)

All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better service and product for the price.

Very pleased with our new garden room and shed. Good solid walls and well insulated floor and roof, and installed in one day. Would definitely recommend.

We had considered a summer house for some time. It needed to be large enough to be multipurpose. My wife works from home and requires private office space, my son needs a setting for his train set and we all need a place to relax and enjoy guests,music,food etc. We spent quite some time studying the options and reviews until we discovered the 6x3 mtr house which would be perfect for our various needs.
Summerhouse uk offer superbly built quality houses which are very reasonably priced considering the quality of their products.
The staff and installation teams are professional, friendly efficient and helpful. We opted for insulation to the flooring and roof, a rubberised layer on the roof and installation by the professional trades team. Never having built a summerhouse I thought it prudent to engage with your organisation especially after I had discussed the problems encountered by friends who had decided to self build.
The result is wonderful. We are so much more than satisfied and happy to recommend summerhouse uk to any potential customer.
Jacob and Oliver along with a few others at HQ have been so thorough, prompt, polite and unbelievably organised. So organised that the senior fitter arrived and assessed the materials which were already delivered within the previous week only to express how happy he was to be working for such a so well led organisation. We could have purchased a basic model for half the price but this would have incurred additional costs and took much longer than the 5.5 hours which it took the team to build the house. Pretty cheap when you compare it to a one room and one use conversion. I'll not state the actual price but I will state under 10,000. Think about it.... multi purpose room, in your garden, warm, well built, secure, adding value far beyond your spend. Win win all the way.

Did exactly what they told me and delivered on time

Excellent design and quite well built, albeit not perfectly. We encountered a problem when the first build team identified that the concrete base wasn't sufficiently level. Although Summerhouse24's website mentioned a level surface was necessary, they didn't explain the tolerance at that point. The office team were partially helpful but we had a 2 week delay with several tonnes of timber sitting on our drive, before it was finally built. The second build team were very pleasant to work with but we later discovered several rough edges that we had to fix ourselves. However, we're now very happy with it.

Kept us informed re slight delay on delivery. Very large lorry with off-loader today but female driver had it all sorted calm and organised, well done you!!
Installation team arrived earlier but we were more than happy to let them get started.
Barclay, Sebastian and Adrian, lovely guys, have done a great job, attention to detail and have assured couple of missing minor fittings are being forwarded. Would recommend installation as these guys have it all worked out and I would imagine it could be very tricky to try to do this yourself unless you are pretty well experienced.

Excellent quality summerhouse. We built it ourselves, which was hard work but satisfying. The instructions could have been better. So unless you are an experienced DIY, I would recommend paying for it to be built for you.

Great company to buy summerhouse from, came a day early and we built it ourselves. If we had a query we phoned either Jacob or Tom and they were very patient with us as we were novices at building summerhouses. We got there in the end. Took us about a week. It’s fabulous and we sit out there every chance we get. Can’t wait for winter.

Great quality summerhouse, easy to put together for the competent diyer, absolutely delighted with it. All our friends are well impressed saying its the best they have seen. Highly recommended aaaaaa++++++

I think ive already given review. Service generally ok. Summerhouse value for money. Two things, giving out delivery times isn't helpful when they don't tally, with delivery arrival. As in 5 hours late, causing me to ring handyman on arrival, having sent him away, as it didn't arrive at time stated. I know the reason, as separate delivery company on own schedule. They were good. Second I know summerhouse was painted for illustrative purposes on your site, well covered . But this isn't helpful, as its disappointing when you get delivery and realise you have to spend on paint, extra cost. Also, as I have a chronic pain condition, it's taking me alot of time to paint and would be an extra cost if I hired someone to do it. Which I might have to for the highest parts.

The Team arrived in good time, they were courteous throughout their time with me and they confirmed at the start of the day all that they needed to know in terms of layout and exact positioning of the cabin on the base.

The finish looks very good, all doors & windows open and close well the standard of fit looks pretty good and so overall I am very pleased with the result.

Not a major concern but I noticed that the guys used rubber mallets directly on the groove of the upper part of the logs to ensure a good fit with the lower log. I understand the need for this, my comment is that maybe they should have used a separate disposable cutoff to hammer one log to the lower log so as not to damage the groove.

I was not left with any instructions on how to look after my cabin, what type of paint to use to protect it. I am also a little unsure what the warranty covers or for how long it lasts.

So as previously stated I am very pleased with my cabin, the install team are a great asset to you and I thank them for making what looked like a really complex puzzle look relatively simple and whole build process seemed stress free.
