Courteous and respectful and who were able to provide and assist you with any information and enquiries you required about the product. The quality of the product was of a high standard and the actual construction of the summerhouse was carried out very professionally and efficiently.

We are very pleased with the quality of our cabin. We purchased the Garden Room E which is 7X4m.
I originally found the company online, rang them for some information. There was no pressure, a follow up email with some details I had asked for. Once we had decided on the model we took a trip to the showroom to see it constructed. We were made to feel welcome, and found Oliver to be really helpful regarding the construction questions. Once ordered the delivery was quick. Well organised and hassle free. We constructed the cabin as a husband and wife team. Not experienced we found the process fairly easy to work out. When we had a problem eg not understanding a symbol on the plan or how does the rear pelmet work regarding water run off, the office (Jacob, Callum & Oliver) was only too happy to help immediately, if they didn't have the answer they found it out quickly and sent detailed explanations. We built the cabin within four weeks, over the weekends and as we were working, so all in all we are extremely pleased. Ordered in May, delivered end of June, built by end of July! The quality is really good.
We did change the pelmet design at the rear to something we felt was more functional regarding the water run off, but that was our choice. Windows are amazing. Really looking forward to using it now. The function will be an art cabin with perhaps the potential for workshops. All in all a great purchase, fabulous customer service and slick purchasing to delivery process. Great fun making it! Would highly recommend.

Up in a day the boys never stopped good job

Our bespoke Summerhouse was delivered on Monday 3rd July 2023 as arranged. Lukas and Max arrived the following day to install said Summerhouse. We cannot praise their work ethic and professionalism highly enough, they worked solidly from 7.30 until 19.00 to get the summerhouse fully installed.
We would just like to thank all at Summerhouse 24 for their excellent service from the design, ordering process, delivery and installation.
We look forward to enjoying our new Summerhouse

From ordering to delivery and erection of our cabin I have dealt with a number of different people but mostly Jacob, Oliver, Lucas and Max.

They are all a credit to the company, questions were dealt with effectively and efficiently, advice was freely given and amendments to the order were made with no bother.

Good people are the heart of a company and these guys deserve praise.

I haven’t even mentioned the cabin yet, but I am as impressed with the quality of the product as I am with the staff. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Really impressed with the service and quality of the cabin. I had planning permission issues and had to put my order on hold for about 8 months and it was no trouble for them. Once permission was granted, the delivery was booked and installation for the following day. 4 guys turned up for the install and I was very impressed with how they worked and the fit and finish.

This is the second time i have purchased a cabin from Summerhouse24. It’s always a worry when you are spending a very large amount of money at distance, i.e. via a website and on the phone, but i have always found this company and it’s employees to be friendly and professional at all times. Summerhouse24 has a large range of modern looking cabins to suit all budgets and they supply what they promise. Every stage runs like clockwork, from ordering, payment, comms, delivery and final installation by their own team, who worked very hard to erect my cabin and clearly knew what they were doing. Why have i bought 2? Well, i was so impressed with my first cabin, when i recently moved house, i had to have another and didn’t bother looking anywhere else. It was clear when i sold my house that it was the cabin that attracted buyers (and helped seal the deal) and i’d say i got every penny back when we sold up. Im very happy with my purchase and Summerhouse 24, so if you want a quality cabin with a range of optional extras, look no further.

It was delivered later than I was first told and no communication unless I called them.
However all in all a great product. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I Ordered a lovely scandi chair set ( listed as lazy chairs), they came promptly within a day of ordering as promised and John was very informative of parcelforce tracking. The chairs and table and pillows are as described. Summer24 are a Great company, who I would definitely recommend and use again.

What a fantastic company, we ordered our Barbados Summer house last year and got it delivered and built in April, we love it, very professional company and can't beleive how quickly the garden room was built in only 1 and a bit days. The quality of the materials is very good.
