From the moment I clicked ‘buy’ till after our summer house was build we had an amazing experience with SummerHouse24. Customer service is very friendly and very helpful. All our questions were answered almost straight away. The installation team did very good job (and very fast! Hard to believe). If I could I would be giving you 100*stars :)

We have used summerhouse24 before and had a great experience, so they were the obvious choice when we wanted a small garden office. There was a great range of products, but I went for a new design.Their team of builders put it up within the day. I am just finishing the interior decor and looking forward to using my wonderful new space.

I have bought two summerhouses from Summerhouse 24 for two different properties. Both experiences have been great. The communication was excellent. The quality of the cabins is superb. On the most recent occasion, unfortunately the shed doors arrived damaged (looked like damaged in transit). Jacob was great and sorted me out a new set of doors as soon as he could. I would thoroughly recommend buying from Summerhouse 24. Great products at good prices from a really friendly bunch of people.

Summerhouse 24 were 1st class from ordering to completion. Customer Services kept us up to date from start to completion and we’re always helpful and friendly.
The guys who installed the summerhouse were professional and worked tirelessly to get the cabin up.

From ordering to installation these guys were faultless.

Living near the showroom in Newton Abbbot made it easy to see the varity of cabins. We found the staff very easy to discuss issues with and helped us make decisions.

The fitters were incredible- there were some access issues they needed to sort out. The teamhad to load the parts onto a smaller van and then carry all the pieces 30+ yards to site. Obviously very knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job.

Really enjoyed the whole experience of buying from SummerHouse 24 and very pleased with our log cabin. Would definately recommend them to others.

I searched long and hard to find a garden building that also had a side "shed". The summerhouse24 site provided it with their Super Tom and Jacob answered my questions patiently as I worked out what extras I needed. In the end I went for everything and installation too. It still came well within my self set budget and I'm thrilled with my little atelier,' Jabba, the hut'
With a little heater I wrapped all the Christmas presents up and last week completed a painting commision. It's calm and bright and I can listen to jazz.....

Excellent experience with SummerHouse24 and service from start to finish. The team of Oliver, Callum and Jacob have all been extremely helpful, especially regarding the base for the summerhouse, which I took on building myself. The building itself is exactly as described on the website and is of really high quality. Everything was delivered on time as promised and the installation was carried out by a slick and efficient, and friendly team. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our summerhouse. Would highly recommend.

Summer house 24, are one of the best companies I have ever done business through.
They have gone above and beyond to help me get the house I needed.
I had to adjust the size of the house. Of course the helped in everyway possible.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish, even down to delivery and building.
These people were polite, caring. If I needed another house these are the people I would chose.

From first enquiry to delivery of the log cabin, Callum, Oliver and Jacob were extremely helpful and answered all questions, and gave updates on progress. Some minor delays with delivery, but communication was good throughout. Delivery was smooth and the driver couldn’t have done any more to help, including some very useful tips on installing the cabin.

From start to finish this company has been amazing. From customer care to the sun contractors used, absolutely 5 star
