I purchased 4 T-Shirts that were not allowed by the Customs to enter in Brazil because the description of the content was not clear. The package was returned to the seller and I opened a dispute in Paypal for a refund.
After some "negotiations" they said that would send a new package with a clear description if I closed the dispute, what I accepted and did. But after that they simply ignored this agreement and wrote that I should "clarify with the Customs". Now I cannot reopen a closed dispute. Shortly said, these guys are liars!

Immediately after placing my order I realized that I had ordered the wrong size item, I immediately sent the email stating that I had ordered a size small but actually needed a size 3XL and was denied the change and or a refund. Very poor customer service

Purchasing process is fast and simple. Product style is great... but you should confirm an estimated amount of time for delivery, how to track delivery and provide some assurance that customers in countries outside US will definitely receive their products. (i.e. Mexico)

Quality was great but one tee shirt was small instead of large I have emailed the qr code on Thursday but have not had a reply about returning or replacement

Mostly very happy. However,two of the items I purchased were made of polyester. I erroneously assumed all of your products were 100% cotton.

The prints on all t-shirts i ordered are glossy plastic thin car-sticker glued/heated on to the fabric. Low elasticity in the prints stiffens the feel of the t-shirts.

Ordering was easy, the shirt arrived in a timely manner and fit true to size. Just waiting to see how it washes up. He does have a time with T-shirts being too short. This one seems plenty long.

They say you should speak as you find and I must say after all the negative reviews , I was a bit worried. Not a bit of it, two lovely t-shirts arrived well within time (on my birthday in fact!!) The fit is perfect but I'll obviously have to see how they wash. For the price I'm well pleased with them. I've had a lot worse for more money from M&S.

Description, Graphic & reasonably priced.
Work needed on shipping info. Errors kept returning bcuz I don’t live in an apartment. Finally filled out as not applicable and now it appears in my address. Hopefully, mailman sees as a error.

Do not use this company if in the UK. They do not support their returns policy - after buying 4 T-shirts I wasn’t happy with the quality & after emailing they stated that I should be responsible for the return cost & that it would be much higher than the cost of the goods so suggested I keep the T-shirts & offered a 5% refund

Quality and design of the shirt is good, but their support is none existent, just like their returns.
The shirts I purchased did turn out to be what I wanted, so I tried to process a return for refund where they tried everything to not let me return it, including saying that it would cost me to return and it be a lot of money. After pushing and pushing, they said I cant return it. Dont trust them

Check the reviews for "menweary" there's seems to be a startling solidarity with all these "Japanese" style printed garment sites, in a word... Chinese

First, the sizing charts on their site are completely wrong. My first order, after measuring one of my favorite T-shirts, I ordered two XL. As you might expect, they were way too big (bigger than the dimensions on the site). In the end, the T-shirt are correct even if the collar is very small for XL. In the end I gave them to a friend.

I liked a few other designs so I decided to place a second order of three T-Shirts (Large) this time of course. Two weeks later, I received my order and one of the three T-shirt with the size label on the collar cut out very carefully. The other two are labeled broadly. I layer the T-shirt and the worst is confirmed. The T-shirt with the cut label is much smaller than the other two large ones, so it is a Medium.

They really take their customers for morons! I reported the situation by writing to support. Totally selfless support that focuses on making you understand that it's going to cost you a lot of money to return a T-shirt to China and exchange it. But I answer them; It's your mistake! They don't want to hear anything and still talk to me I am responsible for the return. Nothing on the cut label...

It is assumed that there was no T-shirt left in the right color and the right size, so the label was cut off.

In the end, I bought 5 T-shirt in two orders. I only wear two because the first two are way too big and the other medium is too small.

Everything about their price display is illegal. It's always on special 15% off on the entire site all year round to make us believe in discounts. The worst part is that it costs a lot per sweater to have no possibility of returns and low-level customer service (the worst you've ever had).

Buy elsewhere. It's insulting how much they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Good quality goods, the delivery took about a week to come, however I’m overall satisfied with the whole experience.
