Clear pictures awesome. Now waiting on delivery to see the quality. First time ordering. I would have loved to get more details on the material content of the t-shirts. Cotton? Polyester? This makes a big difference to me. But I took a chance. 🤞🏽

I ordered 5 hoodies. When they arrived they didn’t fit at all. The size on their hoodies does not nearly match the size of other hoodies I have that in the same size. When I try to return them the customer support says that they are ”the size I ordered” and that I will have to pay for the return myself. And talks about how that will be costly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It clearly states that you will be allowed to return items but then at the very bottom of the page it says that if the return is ”caused by the customer” as in not satisfied with the product, you have to pay shipping. Never buying anything from them again unless Im allowed to return the items.

I just love the designs. Keep up the good work.

I really like the design work on your tees. Not too busy but eye catching design. Of course I've not tried them on yet but I'm a fan of good fit and material comfort. Excited to see that

My experience was overall good. However, I would have appreciated being able to read customer reviews. Also, I would have liked the average delivery time to be specified.

I liked the print designs so made 2 orders of 3 equalling 6 shirts! Very happy with print and size of 5 shirts and happy with the print on the other (shark faces) although it is definetly not the correct 3XL size that I ordered for all 6...? In fact wheras 5 have labels marked 3XL, Shark Faces' label has no size...!
If everything was 100% correct you'd have got 5 stars but that mistake cost you...!
I will find someone who can fit into the mistake...!

Ordered four XL T-shirts. Sizings and fabrics were all different. T-shirts would not fit. Asked for a return for exchange. They refused saying it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. In short they do not honour their return policy. One person was sent the wrong sizes with sizing labels cut off. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They literally won't respond to any of my support requests. They send me a low-rez print that looks blurry and cheap. Don't buy from stores with low-rez prints.

I’ve always been wary of buying clothing off the internet due to sizing but Sunbeamlive changed my perspective.
Simplicity of the ordering prcess with a speedy delivery time and quality second to none.
I’ve now placed my third order with the knowledge that I will receive top quality items

Shouldn't have had to ask for free shipping for delivery within continental USA.

If I could I would put no stars because this company is the worst all around. I placed an order in December and when I received it they had sent the wrong items. Instead of making it right they want me to send back the products and pay for shipping and they will only give me a 10% refund. They are a joke and you will get screwed.

I would absolutely not recommend this company I ordered 2 sweatshirts from them it was very late, size was not accurate and the fabric quality was terrible I have been in contact with them multiple times and will not refund the product the customer service is awful do not buy from this company

Product arrived but not the size ordered, complete denial of any responsibility. Offered me another tshirt if I paid the cost of returning the original order

The selection of products was lovely and the website worked fine. I found the free gift at checkout annoying and confusing. I would have liked a bigger discount or free shipping rather than another item.
