Very rare to find a company so conscientious and willing to do the job. I really am taken back from how helpful they have been. Thank you very much! Would not hesitate to recommend. I am now looking at my property to see where else i can stick solar panels. I must admit i have become rather obsessive. Ollies enthusiasm is certainly infectious.

I have nothing but praise for this company and all of their contractors. It all started with a visit by a very friendly and helpful surveyor, Nigel. No pressure at all, he simply measured up, told us all about solar panels and their benefits and drawbacks and answered all our questions honestly. He was very knowledgeable about the solar energy industry, which gave us confidence. Within a few days of Nigel's visit, we were contacted by Sunbright's MD, Oliver, who again was very friendly and approachable. The deal was done and a date was set for installation, of around 4 weeks into the future, much to my surprise. On the day, the electrician turned up bright and early and installed the battery and inverter. He was very pleasant and we chatted away for the 3 hours or so that he spent with us. The work was excellent, very neat and tidy and he cleaned up beautifully after himself. Unfortunatley the weather was very bad, lots of high winds and rain, so the actual installation was delayed by a day or two, which was totally understandable. The scaffolders turned up the next day and were brilliant. They put the scaffolding up with minimum fuss and were gone within a couple of hours. The solar panel installers turned up bright and early the next day and did a fantastic job of the installation. Our roof is over 100 years old, so the roof tiles were very brittle and several were broken, however, they were all replaced beautifully, looking just as good as the original tiles. The installation was a large one and hence took a couple of days, but the installers were very professional and extremely friendly. They tidied everything up after tnemselves and did a fantastic, professional job. The whole experience was a great one for both myself and my wife and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Sunbright as an excellent partner to do business with. I am still in contact with the company with several questions, and they all get answered without delay. Excellent service all round.

Oliver and his team were super responsive, and provided us with a full solar array and batteries in just a matter of weeks. The team was polite and efficient and had the whole thing wrapped up in under a day. Highly recommended.

Oliver and his team have been great. The information we received at the quote stage was really in depth and the installation day was super smooth. The panels and battery look great, tidy wiring and no mess. The fact they use expandable batteries is also a lovely touch so we can add to our storage later on.
The system is already producing more than enough energy for our needs and we know that Oliver will be there if we have any questions.

Manan came recommended by a good friend, who purchased a large system from him. Manan was transparent, professional and honest. I purchased just a battery, because I already had panels installed. Unfortunately, we just had to postpone the battery purchase and Manan returned the battery deposit to me in a matter of hours. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend Sunbright - they have provided a very professional approach from start to finish. Nigel advised us on what our requirements would be. Very happy with our solar panels and battery setup - despite last minute hitch and slight change of plan, on our part, which Oliver was able to accommodate.

There was a small issue during install with our tiles, no fault of sunbright energy, but they still resolved the issue at no extra cost to us.

Ollie has been very helpful with setting up a new tariff from our energy provider and has always been quick to answer the phone and answer any questions we have had.

We're very happy with our install and will recommend to anyone that asks!

I am delighted to be able to give a 5-star rating to this great company. Such a smooth process from initial contact to completion, and all done in just a few weeks. I was able to review and discuss the proposal to get the system that suited us best; no hassle, no pushy salesman or broken promises. Excellent quality components used throughout. I am also full of praise for the main installer Daniel who did a superb job and was approachable and friendly. System working very well and all paperwork sent the following day. I had various quotes prior to this but so pleased I chose Sunbright Energy and would thoroughly recommend.

We have just had solar panels fitted on our roof by Sunbright Energy and whole heartedly recommend them. The service was prompt - all done within a few weeks of initial enquiry. Oliver who managed our contract was extremely responsive, exchanging several emails a day when necessary to keep us informed. The rest of the crew were all very pleasant and competent. Everything was clearly explained and it was all installed in a couple of days. So already off grid and thoroughly delighted.

I’ve done a lot of research on the installation of Solar PV and storage batteries this past 12 months. The increases in costs prompted me to reach out to a number of Solar suppliers both locally and nationally.

Oliver at Sunbright provided the quickest response and a quote within 24hrs of having a call with him. He even popped over to check out exactly what I wanted to achieve, the location and answered the many questions I had.

I then received a revised quote and there was no pressure sell unlike others.
I was a little concerned that Oliver is a smaller business and establishing himself. It’s a large investment and I wanted some assurance about the quality of the installation, the warranties being offered and aftercare.

I looked at many reviews from all of those I had contacted for quotes. Sunbright by far topped out the rest in terms of service and that was my experience. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.

We decided to proceed and installation happened within 2 weeks - others quoting months! Within 1 day of installation we realised the system was going to produce a lot of energy and therefore we had another battery installed. This was no issue for Oliver to sort out and it was installed and operational within 2 days.

Since then I’ve been transfixed monitoring the system generation and consumption stats. We’ve had 5 days now where we have been completely off grid and two of those days were relatively cloudy. I’ve even charged my EV on a 75%/25% Solar/Grid split. We have been running the washer, dishwasher and 4 installed AC units, with two of those overnight during the hot weather, and our Grid import has been very small if needed at all.

I got a warning message pop up last week and Oliver quickly contacted me to tell me not to worry… a message to tell me the batteries were fully charged!

We are still exporting to the grid sometimes in excess if 10kWh a day and that’s with stuff running and the batteries fully charged. So we are going to move to an Agile Export tariff whilst we see the system settle down and we will decide if we get another battery to capture the surplus. But very happy right now!

Sunbright have just installed a battery back up and new inverter for our existing panels. The finished job is excellent. The whole installation went very well from start to finish. Oliver was very responsive to my queries both initially and during installation. They had an available time at short notice for installation so it all took place in exceptionally good time. They had also previously carried out repairs on our panels , installed by another firm, to the anti bird netting which had come away. We decided to use Sunbright as a result of a recommendation by a friend and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

After having several companies come around and quote, and seeing that despite a lot of promises and assurances, they did not have positive customer feedback (especially around installation and aftercare support), we came across Sunbright Energy LTD and were relieved to not only start to get some sound advice and information, but also to see that customer reviews gave us far more confidence that the words would match the music when it came to actually progressing with an order.

One particular refreshing approach from Oliver and the team was that they gave professional honest advice and support based on our particular needs, without making the whole industry seem overly complicated.

From start to finish (which compared to other companies lead times was relatively short) we were never over promised anything, expectations were met or exceeded, questions answered promptly, and all of the team were positive and friendly, worked well together, very respectful of property and simply got the job done.
