Oliver and the team at Sunbright have been excellent throughout our investigation, purchase and installation of a solar power system for our home. They have reacted quickly both to initial enquiry and then at every stage of the process. Things have been explained clearly and we've been helped, not pressured. The initial installation was quick and efficient and we have now extended with another battery. Again, quick and efficient. Overall an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend them

From first contact to installation and set-up, Oliver and his team have been great.

We had a basic idea of what we wanted/needed, but there were a lot of blanks in our understanding of the what/why/how of a solar and battery set-up. Oliver spent a good hour or two taking us through what was going to work for us and why. Communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward, and the team did everything they could to optimise our order from both functional and aesthetic perspectives.

Fitting and commissioning was completed in a day - and we were generating power by mid-afternoon. The roof and electrical work was very competently handled and when the work was done, the site was left as tidy as it was before they started.

It's fair to say this stuff isn't cheap - if you're considering solar and batteries, you're looking at a fairly hefty investment. You also want to know that you've got someone you can contact for support when it's all up and running. I'm very happy to say that both the quality of the kit and the service Oliver and his crew provided were first class and were very well worth what we paid - and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Oliver and team have been absolutely great before, during, and after installation. We had the system up for more than one month now, and everything works great. What is more, while incredibly busy, Oliver is still always happy to make time to discuss with me any doubt or technical question I might have while learning how to optimise the use of the system, minimising the use of the grid.
I have spent a few weeks researching and comparing companies and offers, and while you might find cheaper, you will not find better. Sunbright provided the quote with the biggest output capacity and with the clearer and faster timeframe. No seller pitch, no-nonsense waste of time, but clear indication of what you will have for which price. I will definitely go back to them for any add-on in the future. Absolutely recommended.
