Suncliff Oceana Collection Reviews 

A friend invited me to Karaoke night.. Ross was a Fabulous host, everyone enjoyed. I went outside for some fresh air and was sad to see the decking was a mess. An accident waiting to happen. Apart from this Staff were really friendly and great service. Would definitely like to come back.

We went to this hotel for what was suppose to be for new year 2023/24 we arrived on the Saturday 30th Dec the room was meant to be a double it was more like a student's single room furniture was cheap and nasty as for the evening meal it was ridiculous a large chicken breasts cooked to the point that even a electric saw would have trouble to cut through it when I complained the comment from the chef was ridiculous I also put my complaint through the duty manager that evening.
We then went to the bar and ordered 2cokes £5.50 a small glass in which was full of ice when I returned to ordered the same 2 cokes were given 2cans for the same price it seemed that the bar staff were not trained proble.
In the morning when we went down for breakfast it was caous the food was cold the waiting did not seem to have any understanding of how to organise the service when I asked for a saucers I got told that they did not have any our coach was shoved in corner of the restaurant 50 of us with no room to move between the row of tables set out for us or the staff to move in between.
We had enough so we decided to leave and return home New year eve luckily enough we were able to get train I complained to the duty manager and informed them of our intention when I hit home I tried to send a complaint to the hotel manager and our coach company Dunwoods of Birmingham We never heard any from the hotel so I post reveiw and we then got response from the hotel manager in that she would be intouch but nothing happen for quiet a while then we received response from a duty manager as for Dunwoods they don't care they had the money from us about £900 all they care about was keeping our money.
This hotel is part of chain hotels in Bournemouth called Oceans collection in which are own by an American company who are supposely pride themselves in customer service only for themselves it's seems sod the guest give them the rubbish service and just take they money.
As for Dunwoods they don't care either as long as they got your money if things don't go right hard luck we are not going to worry about it

I went to the Sunday Carvery on 12 th. Feb., and found it to be very poor . There was a choice of 4 meats , but the turkey was from what looked like a circular processed roll - not an actual turkey, which I expected . The beef was similar , looking like a large corned beef shape--processed meat again .When I dine at a carvery , I expect the real thing -- not processed meat !
