I fly twice a year whit Sunexpress and it is always easy to book, and quick, service is great, price is better than others. On the Airport in BRU good service, in Izmir new system to check in directly.

Our flight was canceled from cork to Izmir on the 11th of April ...then we were out up in hotel .then it kept getting canceled till 4 o clock on the 12th of April ..
So we lost 2 days of our holiday ...it really wasn't worth our while in travelling such a long distance ..there was no reason the flight couldn't of left on the 11 later or early on the Sunday the 12 th ..

I have been travelling since 1997 and almost I have all small and big airlines but travelling with Sunexpress airlines, is the worst experience of life. 1st of all they open outbound online check in 72 hours before but system was down and they charged £20 extra for counter check in and only 4KG hand bag was allowed they also charged £80, over 4KG up-to 8KG. Same thing happened on inbound flight but these time things get more worst because this time I was worried about me and family life and others in airplane, the pilot was flying, like he was inexperienced or drunk. It was nightmare never going to travel by sunexpress even they offer me free flight.

I had a really smooth experience using the SunExpress Airline booking system and mobile app. The whole process felt straightforward from start to finish. Searching for flights was quick, and the interface made it easy to compare options, select seats, and add extras without any confusion.
The app itself is clean and responsive, which made managing my booking hassle-free. The check in section it requires attention as it requires a number to proceed and if you do not use the Visa you cannont proceed you haver to switch to the Website, flight details, and updates was available in one place and easy to access. Notifications were timely and helpful, keeping me informed without being overwhelming.
Payment was secure and seamless, and I appreciated the clear pricing with no hidden surprises during checkout. Overall, the experience felt reliable and user-friendly, which takes a lot of stress out of travel planning.
I’d definitely use SunExpress again.

Everything went well through the airport, the flight was smooth and comfortable with pleasant and professional staff.
The only thing that was awkward was by booking through the travel operator, it was a bit complicated (for a pensioner) downloading hard copies of boarding passes only 72 hours before flying, then downloading digital passes coming home !!!

We flew from Antalya to Stansted with Sun Express. The website was easy to use as was the online check in process. I'm not sure how other users find it difficult if I'm honest. The cabin crew were very polite & helpful and the plane was spotlessly clean. We would travel with Sun Express again with no hesitation.

We are extremely frustrated with SunExpress Airlines. Every time we book a ticket, we carefully select the “special assistance” option during the reservation process. However, once the ticket is purchased, this request simply disappears from the system. This issue happens every single time without exception!
When we arrive at the airport, no one seems to have any record of our request, and we end up facing serious inconvenience and stress. How is this acceptable? Are passengers’ needs really treated with such disregard?
We strongly urge the responsible teams to address and fix this issue immediately. Instead of ignoring passengers’ needs, please fix your system and stand behind the service you claim to provide!

This is blatant and disgusting manipulation. They suddenly cancelled my flight without any explanation, and I couldn't even get a refund. There was no response or customer service.
Updated review: Your customer service is nonexistent, and you know it perfectly well. So don't try to pretend you care about your customers; that's the last thing on your mind.
You canceled my trip, and when I asked for a refund, after a long delay, you returned a small amount and kept the rest without any explanation.
For your information, I have all the trip receipts.

Scamming customers with complicated luggage weights on different tariffs, and waiting till last minute while boarding to charge customers high charges reguardless of weight, this being a tactic to force one to pay as the flight would leave and one looses out.

WORST AİRLİNE EVER!! they cancel your flight without proving any reasons. my two day trip got turned into a 9 day trpi, making TREMENDOUS impact on my finances. yet they dont want to be responsible. dont want to offer any reroute or new flights that make sense, they want me to stay in a foreign country for 3 more days without covering any expenses

The app took so much time to go to the next stage at the final stage payment it would kick me to the front page and i would need to start all over again this happened everytime and when i get to pay for the flight the price would go up we ended up paying 70 euro more than at the start

Even on 3rd party website it is all showing the cheaper price and they have refused to match the price to reflect the current market value which is stated on the terms that they do sell and monitor current prices but they have refused to honour that
