Waited 2 months for my sunglasses and…

Waited 2 months for my sunglasses to be back in stock, after I ordered them on the website, only to be told I would have to wait for them to be restocked. After several attempts of me contacting them... not them contacting me... they told me the glasses were being discontinued... Seriously??? Absolutely appaling. Genuinely the worst customer service I've experienced.

Ordered sunglasses and didn’t receive what I ordered. I contacted them and they asked me to just keep them. “It would cost much of time and money to return them’. They did offer a huge 5 bucks off my next order!

Do not stand behind product quality.

Care little about customer satisfaction; hiding behind the legal language in a guarantee, contenting themselves to point out pages of small-print guarantee terms, instead of solving the problem with the product.

Requesting personal data??!

I made a purchase 2 days ago and today I got an email requesting me to send my ID with a photo and address together with the proof of transaction. Never been asked to do sth like that and I regularly shop online. Now I am afraid it's a fraud and I won't get my money back.

I am very disappoionted

I am very disappoionted. I have ordered and paid for my prescription sunglasses.
I am waiting for them to arrive and receive emails from Sunglasses Shop to conifrm my prescription. This is fine, I send the digital copy of my prescription that I received from Specsavers upon request.
Sunglasses Shop email again requiring a signed prescription which is odd I have never heard of this before when ordering any glasses or lenses online.
I am now waiting to hear back again. They have taken my payment and are now doubting if I will get my product due to no signed prescription?
The reason I used this site again is because I needed glasses quick and a friend said she got hers quickly and just entered her lenses details on the website when ordering. Not the case for me sadly.
NOT happy.

Top Customer Service

Bought some sunglasses as a gift, but delivery was slightly delayed.

I appreciate that we all have glitches every now and again, but it’s the way they are dealt with.

Staff at Sunglasses Shop dealt with my issue promptly and professionally.

Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Great products

Great products, I bought guess sunglasses, the one bad thing was that on a website there was no information on a description that they had a flat design which is a bit annoying it is very irregular. so maybe they should mention details about the glass and irregular designs.

Not the quality product expected

Research what RayBan glasses I wanted by going into local retailers. Found two pairs which suited. Although the references on this site were slightly different I did manage to find the glasses I wanted.
There was some delay in delivery but when they arrived I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the items. One pair was meant to be Matt black and the other polarised. Neither were as expected and I feel I could have gone to one of our local Chinese markets and got something of a similar quality for much, much less then I paid for these two pairs.
Have asked for a refund. Let's wait and see what happens.

Bought a pair of ray ban

Bought a pair of ray ban. The lenses had very unusual streaks through them. Totally ruining the look. Sent them back and got no refund. Followed up my emails and they said they had not received the glasses though they had them for 4 days. They asked for a tracking number. I thought I had lost my receipt. Eventually found it after digging through my house. When I emailed back with the number they sent refund. Happy with them emailing back swiftly but still This is not good enough. I question what would have happened had I not found my tracking number. would they have just denied it? Who knows. That aside the glasses where very dodgy and would highly recommend buying ur glasses elsewhere

When working in the desert for a oil …

When working in the desert for a oil company. I bought and used several pairs over the years. Ray Bans were the only sunglasses to use on the suns rays reflecting off sand and dunes. My purchase was taken by Ollie and he was very helpful got them day after actual purchase. Great will defiantly purchase and talk others to buy from this shop.

I was unable to make the purchase …

I was unable to make the purchase online so I was forced to make it over the phone. In addition to that inconvenience, once the order was made, I wasn't notified that I won't be able to track the order online because it is under the minimum charge for tracking packages.

couldn't be more pleased!

I researched the specific type of Ray Ban sunglasses I needed to replace & found this shop online. I contacted them through customer support to make sure not only were they authentic, but the actual pair I wanted. Support was exceedingly helpful and confirmed my authentication questions.

Just received them (did I mention I'm in the States?!) and they are perfect. And the best price I could find anywhere. I would recommend them wholeheartedly . thanks!

Excellent Service!

I am very happy with my purchase! The prices are unbeatable! I expectedly had to pay customs fees (as I am a Canadian customer and this online shop is based in the UK), but it was more than a reasonable price to pay. I still saved over $100 on the authentic Celine sunglasses that I purchased in comparison to if I had bought them at a local store. The shipping was also very fast. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service! The staff I spoke with via online chat were more than helpful. Thank you Sunglasses Shop! :)

NEVER AGAIN!

I HAD TO CANCEL the order because THEY TRY TO TREAT ME AS A THIEVE with no reason!

I just wanted them to send my parcel using Aramex Service - shop&ship, commonly known post forwarder - widely used worldwide. Nevertheless the shop treated Aramex as unreliable way of delivery.

As a customer, I want to decide where to send my parcel. It's my money and my decision and if they didn't limit delivery conditions, they have no rights to push me to change delivery address.
Moreover, payment was done by pay pal with confirmed and secured delivery address.
