After 4 years of constant use I managed to snap my Sungods. Despite the passage of time the team assessed my claim and replaced them free of charge.
The whole process only took a week and I cannot say how impressed I was at the level of service offered by the team particularly Abby and Jess....Thank you!

Phenomenal sunnies and service! Ordered my first pair years ago and loved them until they were stolen! Immediately went to buy another pair but opted for the 8KO Polarised lenses this time and would never look anywhere else. Crystal clear, makes everything HD and well made, no metal to rust so great for watersports, lightweight etc.
Unfortunately this pair was destroyed by a young puppy however Sungod honoured the lifetime warranty and I had a new pair within days. Extremely impressive service and company, can't recommend them enough!
Ordered a new set of Renegades with the polarised lenses that turned out to be out of stock, Sungod contacted me and apologised for this and sent me the Renegades with the 8KO polarised lenses for the same price, awesome service. I now have 11 pairs of Sungod's in various colours and frames and love them all, great quality and customer service.
Never experience a more generous and caring customer service team before, oh and the sunglasses are pretty awesome too!
Sungod Ignoring that they haven’t delivered half an order, worth $ 400. For some reason only half my order of two goggles and two sunglasses was delivered. Initial response was positive, saying they would replace the two missing items. But then they went radio silence. Impossible to get any response from them. This is for an order that was $800 in total and now I’m out out half that . I’ve tried multiple ways of contacting them but to no luck . This is been going on for two weeks now. Disappointing, as todate my experience with them had been really positive for them to ruin it.

If I could give Sungod and Evri zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been waiting 15 days for my ski goggles—fifteen days—for a trip that’s now right around the corner. The level of incompetence between these two companies is honestly impressive. Sungod happily took my money, Evri happily lost my parcel, and here I am with nothing but tracking updates that might as well be written in crayon.
If I’d known this was going to turn into a delivery circus, I would’ve gone straight to Salomon or Oakley—you know, brands that actually manage to get products to customers before the next ice age. Instead, I’m stuck refreshing a useless tracking page and hoping someone at either company decides to do their job before my ski trip becomes a sunglasses-only experience.
Sungod: your products might be good, but your shipping partner is a disaster.
Evri: I don’t know how you lose things so consistently, but at this point it feels like a skill.
Sort it out.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and tried to cancel the order 5 minutes later. It is impossible to make contact with this company. Social media does not get answered same with emails can not find a phone number. I returned the glasses and have confirmation that they were received on 1st December, but no confirmation from the company and still waiting for my refund to arrive back on my card. Another email sent on 5th December and again no response.
Since posting on here the company have been in touch and my refund has been received. They assure me that the poor customer service was due to a successful Black Friday promotion.

Your sunglasses are amazing and i will recommend them to any of my friends, but please stop sending your stuff with evri. 2 weeks ago i had issues in receiving my sunglasses and now again, they didn’t put the store code and the shop keeper returned my item because of that. I would like to keep buying your stuff, but if i will see delivery with evri, i will cancel my order, as they are just a big disappointment EVRI time!!!!
I've debated whether to leave this review, but as a long-time Sungod user, my recent purchase has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
I've been an eager Sungod wearer for many years, since their early days, and have been in the market for a new pair for a while. The opportunity came during the Black Friday period, when they were offering a free pair if you purchased any pair - an offer too good to refuse.
Unfortunately, this is where the good ended. Years ago, they used better-quality courier services as standard (and as you'd expect from a premium, challenger brand). Alas, it's now rubbish Evri as standard, unless you pay more. You can probably guess the rest of my review. I received an evening slot from Evri for delivery, and sat up and waited. And waited. And waited. And at nearly midnight, it was marked as delivered, but with no photo proof. My Ring doorbell wasn't triggered, nor was it rung. My Sungod parcel had not been delivered - to me at least. So at nearly midnight, there I am walking up and down my street, knocking at any neighbours that still had their light on, and looking in people's gardens like someone dodgy. No sign of the parcel. As it was marked delivered, I immediately reached out to Sungod - not easy as they now use an AI powered chatbot. My sleep that night was not great, not helped by the late night and unnecessary stress.
The next day, I was in the office many miles from home, and you can imagine my horror on a wet blustery day, when my Ring app came to life showing the Evri driver slinging the parcel on my doorstep. The tracking then updated to show a picture of the parcel on my soggy doorstep. When I returned home, whilst the products were thankfully undamaged, the packaging was soaking wet.
Frustratingly, I finally received a smarmy response from Sungod 4 days later advising that the products had been delivered with a photo to prove and questioning whether they now had been. When I responded to this pointing out all of the above, I just received a copy paste response telling me they'd raise it with their teams. Much as the apology was appreciated, the cut and paste response and lack of an attempt at service recovery wasn't.
So why only leave a review today?
Well, as the days have passed and I've had a chance to use the glasses, unfortunately, whilst they still look great and I'm not unhappy with them, they do feel flimsier and of a lesser quality than my last pair purchased years ago, and I sadly doubt they'll last as long. Even the free cases supplied feel thinner. When they do need replacing, even more sadly, this whole experience means that I'll swerve Sungod - a great shame as a loyal customer who has happily advocated for the brand every time I've had a compliment for my sunglasses.
Unfortunately, with the above in mind, I did start reading through reviews today and was shocked to see that some people with far lesser issues are reporting getting free gifts and the like. Whilst I certainly didn't expect this and didn't court for it, this lack of service consistency has been the final straw for me. Maybe I should've made a fuss on social media / this site instead of just trying to fix things privately. Although having read the review below mine - it would appear SunGod are asking people to leave a positive review based on a script they’ve provided (I’ve taken a screenshot). Another massive red flag.
A brand is defined by the consistency of the product and service it provides, and sadly, something has clearly gone wrong in recent times as this is not the Sungod I know and love.

I’ve owned a pair of Sungods for over two years, brilliant glasses. Sadly mine broke through my own fault last week. I went into the website in hope of some sort of frame guarantee and I found that they do. I contacted them and within two days had a reply asking for details of my glasses and what happened.
The day after my reply I had confirmation of a new frame being sent out for me to transfer my lenses into. No fuss, nor argument despite this being totally my fault. I cannot fault the service at all.
Thanks to Velizar and Jess for dealing with this so quickly and easily. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I recently reached out to the SunGod team about a warranty claim and was absolutely blown away by how they handled it. Velizar and the crew sorted everything in record time, went way above and beyond what I expected, and even upgraded me to a beautiful new pair of 8KO polarized lenses in Silver Blue, completely free of charge. Living in Saudi Arabia, they saved me the hassle and cost of return shipping and just sent the new lenses straight to my door.
Honestly, this is the most impressive customer service I’ve ever experienced from any brand, period. They didn’t just honour the lifetime warranty; they made the whole process fun and turned me into an even bigger fan.
If you’re thinking about buying SunGods, do it without hesitation. The product is fantastic and the people behind it are even better. 11/10.
Having invested in Sungod it was not an easy decision to leave this review. - Sungod misrepresented an investment benefit of a £20 voucher, to redefine it over 12 months later as a 'discount code' meaning that it cannot be used with any other promotion. - It seems the 'promotions' which are good enough for everybody else are not good enough for the people who were willing to back them. This is one of the many things I have been unimpressed with Sungod over recent months and demonstrates one example of several reasons to avoid them. When I warn others on Reddit & Forum discussions I'll be harming my own (granted small) investment, but it will mean more.

"always functioned as a discount code" - How it functions is irrelevant, it's what it was described, sold and advertised as, which was a £20 voucher. Sungod have misrepresented themselves, when a company does this, they cannot be trusted.
