Can't praise the Sunglasses and the customer service enough! I never leave the house without a pair of my Sungod's and am building up quite a collection of the styles ....and will no doubt continue to do so! They meet my needs, from both a sporting and functional purpose... to fab everyday style and use. Quality and variety of style's is fantastic and any time I have had an issue - their customer service, has far exceeded what has been expected.

I have three pairs now. One for each sport/occasion.
Great service when I asked for advice, and the product itself is exactly what you want.

First slight mistake happened with my last order. The wrong colour was delivered.
Without any hesitation, SunGod sent me the correct pair with a gift to make up for the “trouble”.
In me, they have a customer for life. 🤩

Good sunglasses at a fair price....but that's not all, their warranty and after care is amazing!

I had a problem with my old sunglasses that I did not expect could be solved; I communicated with the Help Centre who looked into the issue, kept me updated and resolved the issue. It was good service which is reassuring in todays environment.

I first became aware of SunGod through their association with the McLaren F1 team. Initially I was very interested in the whole philosophy of SunGod's products. Using good quality recycled materials with a lifetime guarantee was just such a winner for me. The products are super stylish and really well made.

Then when I did have a problem with my Renegades, the customer service team were outstanding. The process is super simple and there was no quibbling about sending replacement parts for my glasses.

Great company to deal with. I’ve had a couple of cheeky questions regarding using an out of date discount code, and also a Black Friday promotion. Each time they’ve gone over and above, extending deadlines and making sure me, the customer, was fully satisfied. The products are also exceptional!

Highly recommend this brand. The team is amazing and very responsive! I know the price is not cheap which I was reluctant to buy but their warranty is phenomenal . They resolved my issue instantly. Definitely continue to support this brand’

I've had a pair of Sungods since November 2022. Used every week for cycling. Great glasses.
The ear socks fell off and Sungod replaced them under warranty. The whole experience was easy and the support team was brilliant.

I had an amazing customer service experience in replacing my frames.
The team responded quickly and very efficient. I ordered my sunglasses in Uk and after two years of using it I had a small issue with the frames, after contacting Sungod team the issue was solved in les than 12 hours. I also moved to different country and had the new frames delivered there for no extra cost. Well done team for keeping up the hard work.

Great polarised lenses and fit.
After a few years of heavy use my lenses started to peel. Dropped SunGod an e-mail. Replaced with no quibbles. Very prompt and helpful.

We can’t recommend SunGod highly enough. Their sunglasses are superb and of fantastic quality. We’ve had two pairs for just over three years, and while one pair developed a small issue with slightly faded polarised lenses, SunGod’s customer service was exceptional. Within just a couple of hours of contacting them, they had investigated the issue and started the process of sending us a replacement pair. Truly wonderful service and top-quality products!

Amazing customer service!! Arm of sunglasses had broken , we reached out to support who made the process so simple. As it was under guarantee they just needed a receipt and a picture and that was that. We were contacted by Velizar from SunGod , super friendly and helpful. The item was out of stock but they told us the moment it was in stock they would sort it(we could have had another pair of glasses but we wanted to wait). They came in stock two weeks after and the item was delivered two days afterwards. Even afterwards there was a check to see if we were happy. I mean this is customer service at it's most best. Thank you!!

I’ve been wearing my SunGods for almost 3 years. Lightweight, looks great, and feels indestructible.
Until I broke them!
But thanks to the Lifetime guarantee, a 2 minute form with a photo upload, I’m back up and running within a week - all the way in New Zealand. Friendly service, who does what it says on the tin!

The lifetime guarantee is just brilliant.
I had a small crack at the nose bridge of my four year-old lenses, and the guys replaced them within 72 hours, no questions asked, just a photo, amazing!

Really excellent customer service and wicked sunglasses. The staff were fast to respond and really helpful, I have told loads of people and will only be buying Sungod sunglasses from now on in.

I recently utilised the sungod lifetime guarantee on a set of 10 year old classics. They were really helpful and uncomplicated and honored the guarantee without objection.

Since their kickstarter I have bought several pairs (also as presents) and I have sungods skiing goggles, I can recommend all of them. Thanks!
