AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOUR SAFTY COMES FIRST
Terrible terrible company. Booked holiday to Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort Sharm el Sheikh. Place is a tip. Complete dump. Sunmaster use Sun International as operator in Sharm another cowboy out fit. Hotel unfot for humans. Filthy dirty dump where free hair comes with every meal. Abused by staff. Hotel agreed for me to move but this shower so i am told are the problem. I was all packed ready to move been left here waiting all day. Now 17.39pm still nothing. Sun International rep said coming at 2pm arranged to be back to hotel for 2pm then he says to busy coming after he does a meeting 3 hours later to busy to come waiting for supervisior. This eppisode is 20 and a half hours so far. Just left to own devices. Hard to imagine opperators can like Sunmaster still exist. BND/20622037. ITS A REAL BOOKING AND THIS IS A REAL REVIEW
