This is the best and cheapest side to…

This is the best and cheapest side to find holidays for a family. I have been using this company for years and never disappointed. Got even better because i dont have to talk to a staff member and can book by myself.

Great service

Wanted to book a holiday and Sunmaster sent me a quote and when I was ready to book they called back, unfortunately I could not take their call that day, but when I could called back the person I was dealing with was not there but they got in touch with her for me and she called me back, which gave that personal feel to it. Gemma was wonderful in booking our holiday, friendly, and professional at the same time and it didn't take long at all and so hopefully we will be going on a lovely holiday soon.

big family holiday

I was looking at booking a big family holiday to dubai for the first ever time, but at the best possible price. Today i was blessed with the lovely Karen who answered the phone and from minute one was so polite, so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get us our dream holiday at the perfect price. I did not only book today because of the price but also because of the person that dealt with my inquiry. This is the first time i have used sunmaster and after todays experience will not be my last and i will let all my family and friends know. Thank you so much for sorting out our holiday karen.

Price increased by Sunmaster

I booked a holiday to Turkey on the 19th of Jan for 4 people and received an email from Sunamaster on the same day saying that the documentation will arrive in the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a confirmation email and had to call every day for an update. Apparently, the Sunmatser team didn't book the flight tickets. Don't really understand how Sunmaster can take my deposit without reserving the flight. On Sunday, I was assured that everything looks fine in the system and will get my confirmation the next day, on the 23rd of Jan. This was not the case as Kim called and told me that the price increased by £1200!!! Obviously, I had to cancel but at the same time lost 4-5 days while the price on the other website went to the roof.
The only reason for 2 stars is that the price was reasonable at the time of booking.
Be aware that the price you see on their website may not be the final price.

I have booked my Summer Holiday with Sunmaster,a couple days ago and my holiday confirmation email hasn't been sent over for a couple days.
When I phoned the Customer Services they said that the flight costs when up as eleven people booked the same holiday so they asked additional £180 /person to be able to proceed with the booking.I have asked for my deposit to be refunded.
Strangely the Holiday I have booked is still advertised with the same cost.
Disappointing.
