simple efficient booking process

Great prices and a better choice of flight times to chosen air port. simple online booking service and contacted by email to see if I needed help with anything. So all in all great service

Nathan was an absolute legend

Nathan was an absolute legend! I am not an easy person to please especially when I keep changing my mind, but he was very patience with me and managed to get me a holiday, with everything I wanted, within budget... Not an easy task when I have champagne tastes and lemonade pockets!! Thank you very much for sorting this for me! I am looking forward to getting away for a week, even if it is months away :)

Great easy online booking system

I have used Sunmaster before for booking a holiday and find there pricing really good, choose of hotels are really good, they have a Easy to use online booking system, I could go back and forth in the booking process to double check on things and go back again without losing my information which can be annoying, my deposit was a great price and clear payment plan shown after deposit was paid, happy with the service from this company :)

Booked an absolute hideous

Booked an absolute hideous
Holiday
The hotel was absolutely appalling
Tried to resolve with customer services to no avail
And our claims rejected .
Even though we have many pictures / videos and drs letter .
Going through the court process now
And I will take it as far as needed
No one should be paying their hard earned money for what we had to endure
I wouldn't even board my dog in that hovel .
This is the first time ever I have felt I needed to do this
Iv been on many holidays
And thought yeah this could be better or that could be better etc
Or even if something wasn't ideal I have just thought I won't go back there again
However this was a whole new level where we suffered as a family
Asked for early flights home because of how bad it was
I'm willing to go as far as needed

Great customer service

Great customer service staff very polite. A little disappointed that after 6 hours get an email to contact them urgently to then be told that holiday price had increased. Then once all paperwork was sent was only sent departure flight not return and had to sit on hold for a while till call was answered was a little stressful but glad all sorted and the staff was fantastic.
