Can't fault them at all!
I think this is our fourth time using Sunmaster now and quite honestly every single trip has been perfect!
The first few trips we took resulted in a very slight price increase from clicking on the website to making the booking, but they phoned us immediately to inform us of the price amendment before any payment was made. It was due to hotels and flights changing their pricing since being placed on the website, so can't blame them for that as we know how flights and hotel prices can fluctuate without warning!
Our most recent booking doesn't seem to have changed price, which was a lovely surprise.
The team are always so lovely to speak to and really helpful.
