I have used Sunmaster Holidays for the past six years or so. The fact that they are no longer taking new bookings is exceptionally worrying. Are they going down the tube ?

Karen stayed after work to complete my booking on the phone tonight. The online booking the day before failed and she ensured my friend who had booked yesterday, were on the same flight with the same same details and took payment. She went through the booking and feel happy I had excellent attention to detail and can enjoy a week in Egypt late March.

Love this site it’s so easy to use and so many bargains will continue to use them

We had a great holiday. Flights, transfers and accommodation were wonderful. Any queries we were able to speak to a member of the team and everything was resolved quickly. We would highly recommend them.

Member of staff karen was so helpfully got me best price and completed everything swiftly and even when it finally went through and said only 2 rooms available got things sorted and we ended up with 3 rooms flights and transfers all for the price agreed called back like she said to confirm everything 1 St class service and excellent member of staff, normaly if someone says i call you back once its sorted from my experience they normally call back to say its sorted but theres a price increase not with sunmaster and Karen was great many thanks
