Unresolved technical issues and inconsistent support

I subscribed to Suno AI’s annual Premier plan, but the service became unusable due to persistent system errors and data inconsistencies.

The issues included:

Tracks being generated without my action
Deleted tracks reappearing or becoming undeletable
Incorrect track counts in my library
Continuous loading errors on specific tracks

These problems made normal use of the service impossible.

I contacted customer support multiple times over more than two weeks and provided my account details repeatedly. However, the responses were inconsistent. At times they confirmed my account, and at other times they claimed they could not locate it. The issue remains unresolved.

Due to the lack of effective support and resolution, I have filed formal complaints with the BBB and FTC.

I am still open to a proper resolution, but the current level of service and support does not meet expectations for a paid product.

I am still open to a proper resolution. If these issues are addressed and the service becomes stable, I would be willing to use Suno AI again.

I believe that improving customer support and resolving these issues would benefit both the company and its users, creating a more trustworthy and sustainable service experience.

I have tried and tried to get back into…

I have tried and tried to get back into my paid PRO version, but the interface says I need to update to pro. I have written to Suno and I get mail back with a so called Portal that tells me I need to upgrade even though they have sent me my invoice-fully paid. No human contact so I have asked my credit card company to get me a rebate.

Absolute garbage. The interface is a total mess. Once you click on a song it starts playing and you can't turn it off. Completely idiotic. UI/UX designed by morons.

SUNO - Generation has not been working for 7 days.

Hello!
I'm a free user.
I haven't been able to generate songs for 7 days.
I exchanged a few emails with support, at first they referred to overload.
I tried, registered another account,
I can generate there, but I have more than 350 songs in my old account and I need that, not the new account.
3 days ago they wrote that manual intervention is required.
They can't access my account and fix the error in 3 days?
Has anyone experienced such a problem?
SUNO support is a big shame,
A money-hungry team, nothing more.

I’ve had a really frustrating…

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Suno AI. It feels like the platform is actually making music worse rather than better. Every time you try to generate or adjust something, it costs credits—even when the result is completely wrong.

One of the biggest issues is how it changes the style and tone of the music. For example, if you record something in a specific style like Kurdish, the AI often turns it into something more Western or even Arabic, which completely destroys the original feel and intention of the song. It’s very disappointing, especially when you’re trying to keep a specific cultural sound.

Recording your own voice is also difficult, and even after putting in the effort, the final result often doesn’t match what you actually sang.

On top of that, the pricing feels unfair. In the UK it costs £8 a month, while in other countries it’s $8, which is noticeably cheaper. That difference doesn’t seem justified.

Overall, the idea behind Suno AI is good, but the execution and pricing model really need improvement.

Very disappointing support and service…

Very disappointing support and service experience.

I paid for a Suno Pro subscription, but I have been facing continuous errors such as "Failed to update reaction" and "We were unable to process your recent subscription renewal." Despite making successful payment, I have been unable to properly use the service.

For several days, I have contacted support multiple times and followed all the instructions given, including updating billing details with multiple cards. However, my issue has still not been resolved, and now no one is responding to my emails.

It feels like the system depends heavily on automated processes, but when a real technical or billing problem occurs, there is no timely human support to resolve it. Paying customers expect proper assistance when systems fail, but unfortunately this has not been my experience.

My subscription is expiring on April 12, and most of my paid time has been wasted without being able to use the service properly. This has caused loss of valuable time and frustration.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will not continue using this service in the future and will consider moving to other platforms that provide better customer support and reliability.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary improvements are made to support responsiveness and problem resolution.

the ai is worth 5* but

the ai song generations is worth 5*
but sadly its not group friendly .
we run a scout group with 20members, we only have 2 pc's , each scout has his /her own account on one of the pc's but just lately the so called free account wants them to pay even though they have plenty of credits
i tried it with my account on the group pc with the same results , but works fine on my home pc .??
it loos like suno has some how blocked the use of multiple users on the same pc ,

I subscribed yet i cannot access my account. the send code to your phone does not work. you contact the unless support but you are talking to an AI not a human and get no where. you are advised to create another account then create a Microsoft of Google account because you cannot use your own email address, well i do not have accounts with these platform and do not see why i should have to create account, so they then can share and sell my data but not pay me

This app could be a 5. So creative and you can make new genres of your own written songs that you only dreamed of.
Why only one star?
Suno refuses to make your hole song sound good. It creates artifacts and the sound changes sounding worse as longer the song plays. I got headache from the high treble hiss that Suno creates. WHY? Cause you gonna spend credits.
In the end a product that could be so good is just another moneymaking app. Shame on you Suno.

Suno's AI doesn't listen to instructions!

I tried to log in and was told to enter my phone number. I did that, and it sent me an access code. I thought that meant I was signed in. But it wouldn't let me write a review until I was logged in. I went back a few screens but saw no place where I could log in. The review I *tried* to submit was as follows:

I asked Suno to give me a radio station ID with the words "Star FM 101.3: Musik dan magna untuk kehidupan." How ON EARTH does that turn into a one-minute song...or (the second option) a jingle with the words "Star FM ONE TWO THREE"????????????????

Why would I pay for a subscription when every time I try this, the AI doesn't follow my instructions??

⚠️ WARNING – Unauthorized charges from Suno Inc.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They charged my bank account around $350 WITHOUT my approval and without any notification.

When I contacted them to request a refund, they completely ignored me. No response, no explanation.

I had to contact my bank to recover the money, and even after that, they tried to charge me AGAIN. My bank advised me to block my card to stop further unauthorized transactions.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Be very careful — do NOT enter your card details with this company.

I strongly do NOT recommend Suno Inc.

Scummy slop pushers

They keep trying to charge even after subscription is cancelled and the account deleted. It's not possible to delete the account via web app. Knowledge base is out of date in that regard. Customer support is non responsive. I suggest to avoid this one.

Die Version 5.5 von Suno.ai bringt zwar einige Verbesserungen und behebt auch bestimmte Probleme – das ist klar erkennbar. Gleichzeitig sind jedoch neue Probleme entstanden, die schlicht nicht mehr hinnehmbar sind. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit.

Sehr viele Songs, die eigentlich gut werden, haben überall ein Knistern und Kratzen im Sound. Dadurch ist es unmöglich, diese überhaupt noch zu benutzen – man kann sie nur noch löschen. Damit kann man nichts mehr anfangen.

Auch die Cover-Funktion ist extrem problematisch. Wenn man einen Song erstellt hat und davon ein Cover machen möchte, bekommt man plötzlich einen völlig anderen Sound mit Instrumenten, die man überhaupt nicht angegeben hat und auch gar nicht haben will. Das geht in eine komplett andere Richtung. Aus anspruchsvoller Popmusik wird plötzlich irgendetwas mit Akkordeon und anderen unpassenden Elementen. Das ist einfach unglaublich, was hier abgeliefert wird – was für ein Blödsinn und was für ein Mist.

Was zusätzlich noch dazukommt: Wenn man in seiner Songliste einen Track mit einem Like markieren möchte, um sich gute Songs zu merken, verschwinden diese plötzlich aus der Liste und tauchen in einem anderen Workspace auf. Man muss sie dann erst wieder suchen, weil sie scheinbar weg sind. Sie sind zwar nicht gelöscht, aber irgendwo anders gelandet. Das führt dazu, dass man sich kaum noch traut, Songs zu liken, weil sie danach einfach „verschwunden“ sind. Auch das ist extrem nervig.

Ich bin wirklich sprachlos, wie man so etwas veröffentlichen kann. Mir fehlen die Worte, und ich bin sehr, sehr verärgert, dass hier Geld kassiert wird und man dafür solchen Müll bekommt.

Leute, passt auf, was ihr macht. Überlegt euch genau, ob ihr zu Suno.ai geht, denn aktuell ist das rausgeschmissenes Geld. Die melden sich nicht bei euch. Man kann so viel schreiben, so viel kritisieren und so viele Fehler melden – es passiert nichts. Es interessiert sie offenbar nicht.

Statt die bestehenden Probleme endlich zu beheben, arbeiten sie ständig an neuen Funktionen, Erweiterungen und Möglichkeiten, obwohl die alten Sachen nicht einmal richtig funktionieren. Was soll man mit Songs, die knistern und kratzen?

Passt wirklich auf, was ihr macht. Zum Glück gibt es in Zukunft Alternativen, unter anderem von Google, die hoffentlich zeigen werden, wie es besser geht.

Version 5.5 of Suno.ai does bring some improvements and fixes certain issues – that is clearly noticeable. At the same time, however, new problems have appeared that are simply no longer acceptable. It is an outrage.

A large number of songs that would otherwise turn out well are plagued by constant crackling and noise in the sound. This makes them completely unusable – you can only delete them. There is nothing you can do with results like that.

The cover function is also extremely problematic. After creating a song and trying to generate a cover version, you suddenly get a completely different sound with instruments you never selected and do not want at all. It goes in a totally different direction. What was meant to be sophisticated pop music suddenly turns into something random with elements like accordion and other completely unfitting sounds. It is unbelievable what is being delivered here – what kind of nonsense and garbage this is.

On top of that, there is another issue: when you like a song in your list to keep track of good results, those songs suddenly disappear and show up in a different workspace. You then have to search for them because they seem to be gone. They are not deleted, but they end up somewhere else. This makes you hesitant to even like songs anymore, because they might just “disappear.” That is extremely frustrating as well.

I am honestly speechless that something like this gets released. I am extremely, extremely frustrated that money is being taken while delivering this kind of trash.

People, be careful what you are doing. Think twice about whether you want to go with Suno.ai, because right now it feels like wasted money. They do not respond. You can write as much as you want, criticize as much as you want, report as many issues as you want – nothing happens. They simply do not seem to care.

Instead of fixing the existing problems, they keep working on new features, extensions, and additions, while the basic functionality does not even work properly. What is the point of songs that crackle and distort?

Seriously, be careful with your decision. Fortunately, there are alternatives coming in the future, including from Google, which will hopefully show how it should be done.

Literally never used or heard of Suno ai but they have charged me over and over. I’m assuming they’re running some sort of credit card scam where they buy and use stolen credit cards

Extraordinary good.

I've been using SUNO for over two months with a premier plan. After a difficult start due to double billing, the support department has put everything right. I am a composer myself. I process my own music creations in Suno and the result is surprisingly good and original. I work in many different styles from electronic over world to classic. The end result is of extraordinary quality and often transcends reality. The program is also nice to put your own texts such as poems on music. When uploading audio, the program is vigilant in function of plagiarism. In combination with my DAW Fl Studio, Suno is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
