90% Useless 100% of the Time!
I haven't heard back from support for over 3 months, here's a list of the issues I'm still having from 9 months ago:
- Doesn't follow styles.
- Doesn't follow lyrics.
- Lyrics either replaced with made up words, sung incorrectly, mispronounced or sung at the wrong section.
- When creating an instrumental only track, lyrics are magically added no matter how you request for them not to be created.
- Strange noises, buzzing sounds, music suddenly gets louder, or lyrics go faint.
- Constantly creates the same song regardless of styles, genres, lyrics, nothing I do changes this, you can request it not to create a Rock song and it will still create a Rock song.
- Credits constantly changing and go missing, one day I have 2,008 (where did the 8 come from?), and the following day without any usage 1755... If I refresh the page, use a different browser... each time without creating a track, credits vanish.
- Swearwords added to lyrics when no swearwords given.
- Creates tracks with Male vocals when Female Vocals requested, and vice versa.
- Can't edit any tracks without it completely changing the song altogether.
- Many tracks end suddenly.
There are many, many more issues than the above but these are the most frequent for now.
JUST TO ADD: I must say, the rare times you get the software to do what you want it to, it is remarkable!
SUNO, hire more customer service staff!!

Suno is a promising app for non musicians, but editing lyrics while keeping the original style of a song is not a reliable process. The Editor really sucks for editing lyrics. Horrible UX.
Warning Account Staries blocked
Warning: Suno holds 270 song projects hostage (Account Staries)
Since March 3rd, 2026, my artist account "Staries" (Handle: rambaran) has been locked due to a minor age-entry error. Although Suno automatically refunded my subscription fee of $10.99, they are refusing to grant me access to my intellectual property—approximately 270 professional song projects and lyrics.
I have contacted support over 10 times (Agent "Sophie") and have been ignored or met with automated templates for weeks. This is a massive breach of GDPR (Art. 20 - Data Portability).
Official complaints have been filed with the German Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in Boston. Unlock my account "Staries" (rambaran) now!
In love
I just posted this on FB and suddenly thought about Trustpilot
I have friends who are musicians; wonderful guitarists and songwriters. They spend a lot of money making albums in recording studios with other musicians. Many of them don’t have much money and also have responsibilities: families, children, school fees, taxes. Most people are already struggling just to pay for basic things like gas, electricity, and medical bills.
But their music at the end got rejected by music producers and it was painful.
For example, a teacher’s or a nurse’s monthly salary can equal just two or three days in a recording studio and that’s not even for something of very high quality. If they need additional musicians or technical help, the cost becomes even higher. Creating music can be extremely expensive.
I also worked at the hospital with people who were tetraplegic or paraplegic. There are many accidents, and many young people lose the ability to play music. Some of them could have been guitarists, but now they can’t play anymore. It’s over for them. So we also need to think about people who have physical or financial limitations.
Some people have music in their minds, but they simply don’t have the means or the energy to express it.
In the past, I recorded acoustic music in a studio, but I didn’t like the final result. It was stressful, expensive, and sometimes involved tension with other musicians. Now I can create without stress, without hurting anyone’s ego, and without financial pressure.
At the same time, I feel this situation is a bit strange. It’s like a kind of “Santa Claus” that gives you incredible gifts, but you’re not completely sure what it might take in return.
The idea that platforms or companies could own your music is quite scary. That’s why it’s important to protect your work and be careful, especially with free plans.
One positive thing is that this has made me more professional. I now take the protection and registration of my work much more seriously.
I love the music I’ve created recently. It’s exactly the kind of music I would enjoy listening to on the radio.

The support team doesn't get in touch, I deeply regret subscribing. They only send pre-prepared, AI-generated responses.

I've a great experience from suno from music generation to Creating my own music through DAW. It's the Worlds most advanced ai music generation model with V5 that can't be beaten ever by other companies.

Suno have created 2 hit songs for me in sub 20s! Very easy to create songs and have great features/tools. Very high quality sound compared to similar apps/services as well!
Id pur 0 Stars if i could
Id pur 0 Stars if i could. Absolutely scam artist of a company. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!! Took money for a cancelled subscription and refused to give a refund.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Very poor customer service
This app is a lot of fun. It creates realistic sounding ai songs from the lyrics you provide.
However, I made the mistake of creating a second account and then tried logging back into my original one, which didn’t work.
I have experienced so many issues since then. The communication from their team has been shocking. I was emailing back forth with what was clearly an ai assistant. After many attempts I was finally able to contact a real member of their team which has been equally unhelpful. My account is still active but cannot be recovered and no one seems to know what to do about it.
It’s a brilliant app, just don’t create more than one account or try to contact them!
I use Suno for my song demos only!
I am a subscriber to Suno. I use the app for my song demos. Only to hear what they sound like before production. My experience is that it always gives you the same voice, same melody, and the two songs it generates each time are identical and glitchy all the way through. If they are worried about people submitting their songs for sale on Spotify or copyright violations, there is no need to worry; they would never make the cut. Nor would the lyrics pass for modern-day lyrics. If people are using Suno to generate a second income, they will fail big time and end up wasting their money!
Money Grab Zero Human Support
Went through AI support and AI told me I needed human and would be be contacted. That never happened and I've never been able to get a human.
Suno is not an honorable company. Their system has bugs and glitches and they are selling a non functioning unvetted system. Release early make better on end user expense. Why are they allowed to continue taking money and not addressing issues directly with their paying consumers. I smell a law suit.
No customer support.
There is no customer support. I've been waiting for more than one month, but received no help. My account is locked. I'm paying for a service that I can't use. I'm afraid it's a big scam.
Enshittification
It started good. A pleasant surprise. Then it became better. And then the decline began. It could, but greed won. It declined to that degree that it became a slot machine for noise generation, not music.
It ignores prompts, it “hallucinates”. it decreases volume the longer the song goes, it ads more noise the longer the song goes, and every new iteration seems worse. It´s not control, it´s like feeding a slot machine only to get more noise from every new iteration.
Guess they can fool beginners for a while, but this product is doomed.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The app claims to make up to 8 minutes of music but it never goes past 4 minutes if lucky! I've reached out to customer service multiple times and literally NO ONE REPLIED EVER!!! I cancelled and will never sign up again.
Suno Ai, I believe it just might be a SCAM!!!
When I first signed up, this program was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, since the lawsuit, its quality has declined sharply. If you’re expecting to get 500 complete, polished song generations, think again. Although the program offers up to 500 generations, the majority are low quality—often featuring strange talking or completely off-key vocals. There are numerous other issues as well.
In reality, you might only end up with one fully usable song from those 500 attempts. Personally, I’ve gone through 3,500 credits and still haven’t finished a single song. I even had to purchase additional credits, and yet I’m still nowhere near completion.
To be honest, I don’t think the Pro subscription is worth the cost. It feels misleading because nowhere on the site does it clearly state that most of the 500 generations won’t be full songs, and that you might end up with only one good track. If they were upfront about this, I doubt many people would pay for it. It really seems like a scam to me.
I had a one-year subscription
I had a one-year subscription. They canceled it and didn’t refund my money because they said I wasn’t old enough to use their service. I’m 53 years old. Besides, when I paid with my card, which is in the same name, there were no problems at all. This is theft.
Regarding the service itself:
Compared to UDIO, the music created by SUNO sounds flat and monotonous; there is absolutely nothing interesting that touches you in any way. That is actually the smaller problem. The bigger one is the lyrics. I use the Bulgarian language, but SUNO always pronounces the words with a Russian accent, which is DISGUSTING!
It always sounds like a Russian woman singing my songs in broken Bulgarian... just awful.
I will never subscribe again, never!
