Very Impressed
Today the guys from Sun Seekers came and fitted my 4 panel ultra slim glass door, The door looks stunning I don't usually write any reviews but I'm so happy with the door that i must give these guys some credit..
When i first contacted sun seekers i was a little bit worried because the bad review they have on trust pilot and nearly put me off buying from them, but because they were one of the only few companies that offer ultra slim frame doors I wanted this deal to happen, Also the price I paid is a bargain, I paid about £4800 inc VAT while i was quoted nearly £8000 to £12000 from other companies.
I was a little bit suspicious so i have decided to go and see their warehouse, they only 30 miles away from me, I went there and they showed me the doors and how they operate, I thought i will go for the deal even if they don't deliver within the 5 weeks you promised.
once i have made the deposit they came 10 days after to do the measurements after two weeks I called to ask about delivery time, i thought i put the pressure from now so they can do it quicker but I was so surprised when they said that they will come in 3 days to fit the doors, The whole thing didn't take more than 4 weeks, Amazing doors, Amazing service.

Great experience, would happily recommend
We had a 5 x 2.1 metre frameless glass door system installed as our main patio door and honestly can't fault the product at all. We didn't even realise there was a fully retractable frameless door out there until we started 'Googling'!
I've read a few negative reviews, but to be honest we had a great experience, and the main point is to ensure that you don't have unrealistic expectations.
i.e our neighbour had them installed as well, but was not so happy due to the doors being installed a few days late. So just make sure you have some leeway as these things can happen. Helen, Battersea

Absolutely hopeless
The doors look good once they were finally installed. Absolute nightmare as a company from start to finish. They quote 5 weeks installation, forget it it took them over 4 months to install our bi-fold doors. What a saga, delays in installation, then excuses about suppliers letting them down. They turn up with bits missing on at least 2 occasions and had to come back each time to rectify problems. Throughout next to no communication from them and constantly having to chase them. To cap it all they want full payment up front.
I would steer clear of them if I were you or if you do go ahead withhold a good junk of the payment.
