Ordered My Clockwork Orange excellent service from the start. Bike arrived before delivery date. I was trying to source a bike from my local area but due to Covid-19 was unable to source one. Bike was easy to assemble. Andrew was really helpful an explained all the reruns procedure if any problems occurred. Thankfully everything was fine with my bike. Would highly recommend if you are looking at purchasing a bike online.

Ordered the bike on line, very easy to do and great website. Had planned to pick the bike up as arranged, but due to the pandemic I changed it over the phone to get delivered. Bike turned up a couple of days later all boxed up and only a little assembly to do. An outstanding service from a great cycle shop, will use again for sure and cant recommend enough.

I have just taken delivery of a trek remedy 7 and I absolutely love it. The team at sunset were excellent and deliver a brilliant customer service. I was a bit sceptical about buying a bike online but all my doubts were eased on how quick and efficient the delivery time was during this current pandemic.

Overall fantastic service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Just received my Marin Wildcat 3 ,the bike was a great price cheaper than where else.It was delivered quickly and came very well packaged.Excellent service.

Got a road bike from these guys a month ago. Ordered on Sunday evening and the bike was ready to collect Monday afternoon! Best price I could find for this bike with the backup of buying from a proper bike shop. Great communication throughout - 5 stars

Helpful pre-sales advice from Andrew and ended up buying an Orange Four for me and a Clockwork EVO for my wife. Both arrived in a timely fashion but there was a small amount of scratches on the frame of the Clockwork. Courier was arranged no questions asked to pick up the old one next day and a new one followed a week or so later. The delay was due to Sunset sourcing and fitting a shorter dropper post to aid a better fit for my wife.
Really helpful throughout the purchase and afterwards with the replacement bike. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunset. Thank you for all your help.

I have recently purchased a Marin San Quentin 1 from Sunset Cycles and would like to promote the shop and their superb after-sales service. I'd had the bike for about a month and a half and after a particularly wet bike ride (my first proper day of mtb-ing), the bike developed brake pad issues. I emailed the shop, had a reply within a couple of hours, i sent a photo of the pads... and without question, they have sent me some replacements, free of charge :) It means a lot to get such service nowadays, so thank you very much Sunset Cycles, you deserve much credit :) Chris Willers.

Bought a supersix Evo from these guys and received the best service and excellent advice. If you are interested in buying a bike then do not go anywhere else

They provided a competitive price for the bike I bought, first-class rapid communication and it arrived almost completely built in bomb-proof packaging. Bought an Orange RX9 Pro whilst there was a sale offer. Very happy with the deal. The bike arrived as promised and, once assembled - (I can generally assemble/disassemble/fix most parts on a bike but I did have to look up how thru-axles work on YouTube...), it ran perfectly, the gears shifted smoothly and the hydraulic brakes worked well with no rubbing. I grinned the whole way round my first ride on a mix of road and favourite MTB off-road trails and stayed out much longer than I meant to. The courier used provided accurate tracking so I knew when to be at home to receive it. Nice people to deal with - good product, good price and friendly, efficient service. Couldn't fault Sunset Cycles and happy to recommend.

Brilliant service from this company from beginning to delivery. Email enquiries responded to promptly and order processed with exceptional ease and at competitive price. The Orange bike arrived packed as the website said, incredibly well protected from any potential transit damage and so with no scratches whatsoever. Once fully assembled, the bike had evidently been correctly set up as promised. They even gave a complimentary Orange chain stay protector. Fully recommend this company.

I was initially drawn to the Sunset website as I was aware of their 0% finance offer.
I called them directly as I specifically wanted a Frame and Fork Deal that they did not list.
An hour after my initial inquiry they had listed the combination I was interested in at a price no other online nor local supplier could match. I ordered and arranged finance in a day and waited for their supplier to get the custom colour frame and fork to Sunset.
The supply and delivery was protracted due to me ordering a custom colour, frame, fork, headset and seat collar at Christmas time.
The initial delivery was unfortunately short of the bearings, seals, head doctor and crown race ( A supplier issue!). This was discovered and reported on a Friday and resolved by the following Wednesday when I was finally able to complete my build and ride my Christmas bike.

Woke up one day decided i wanted a hard tail, did some research and found Sunset Cycles to be the cheapest.
Placed my order and the bike was with me 20 hours later! fantastic service with great communication from DPD who they used delivery.
I will be buying from these guys again, cant fault them.
