They are extremely helpful, not over priced bought my bike from here and what ever has gone wrong with it they have fixed it for me in a good time frame too. highly recommend this shop will defiantly be going back here too!! :)

I recently bought a bike online from Sunset and have to say the service I received was superb, in addition to the price being the most competitive I could find. The bike itself arrived in excellent condition and was very easy to put together and I've had no issues since. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking good quality bikes and accessories at low prices. The only slight niggle I had throughout the whole experience was down to the delivery company, DPD Local, who seemed unable to find my house given the simple address and it took them a couple of days to sort themselves out. This was absolutely no fault of Sunset who did their best to help me, and very kindly sent me some accessories by way of apology despite it not being their fault. I would not hesitate to use them again because I found them to be very courteous and professional.

Rubish bike came in record time but set up was poor and gears all over the place rang the shop they said must have been when it was packed and damaged in tranisit it wasnt none of the limit screws had been set and wrong size spacer fit on chain guide and the cable was not put in correctly in the shifter so first time out on the bike that cost nearly 2k chain kept going i to the back wheel! Informed shop they wasnt over bothered offered to send replacement gear cable and ive still not recieved one. Buy else where and get a bike set up as it should especialy if your spending alot

Travelled from Bristol to have a look at road bikes at Sunset and received really helpful advice from John. Ended up buying a new bike there and then. So glad I did as I now have a bike that ticks all the boxes. Great, friendly service with excellent communication. Sunset Cycles is exactly how every bike shop should be. Perfect.

This company is outstanding in every way and the customer service they provide is above & beyond what I've ever experienced before.
I have several bike shops in my area but after having bought an orange five pro in September and just having bought an orange crush rs and seeing the care & attention they provided and how well the bikes were boxed/setup and transported to me I'm even going to travel the 200 mile round trip to get my bikes serviced when due with sunset.
Can't recommend this place enough.

I purchased an Orange Clockwork bike recently. The bike arrived within a couple of days and required minimal assembly. Pleased with the bike and spot on sizing, which Sunset provided advice on.
The main thing that has impressed me has been the after sales service of sunset, very polite and really helpful.
This company offers very good deals on line and their service is excellent. I highly recommend these guys.

I spent a great deal of time looking for a new bike. A local shop recommended the Cannondale Quick 6 but didn't have one in stock. I checked out the bike on the Internet and came across Sunset who had the 2015 model reduced plus 10% discount.
I ordered and it was dispatched two days later. Interlink arrived exactly when they said they would and the bike had been very carefully packaged without any scratches or obvious defects.
Reassembly was not that difficult but could be made easier. Firstly, the A4 sheet with instructions would benefit from more detail and some punctuation! Most of us don't reassemble bikes every day and so need to be taken through it more thoroughly. Also, the photographs illustrating what to do are not very clear and are therefore almost useless. Why not just put it on the website and offer a video of how to assemble the bike? Annoyingly, I had to go and buy a 5mm Allen Key/Wrench in order to attach the handlebars. Perhaps this requirement could also be stated on the website so that when the bike arrives you have had time to get the tools you need in advance. Just a thought.
That aside, after a short ride, this seems a good bike. Sunset's service, price and reliability mean that I would certainly recommend them.

I finally made up my mind to get myself a Orange RX9 and came across one Sunset. Everything went great from my first question to the build up from the box with the instructions provided. They are a great team to deal with and very helpful and well worth recommending to friends or anyone who needs a bike with good service. Thanks again Sunset.

Sunsetmtb were reccommended to me by a friend who is an experienced cyclist and has used them before, and I can't fault their service. This was my first bike purchase and the team were really helpful throughout the process. Delivery was fast and it was incredibly easy to alter the delivery day/time via text. When the bike arrived it was on time, perfectly packaged and exactly as ordered with loads of useful information and guides. I will definately be using Sunsetmtb again!

Purchased a mountain bike on their interest free finance option, we're happy to waive the deposit for a member of the forces.

Delivered 90% assembled with full instructions and nice touches like loctite in pedal threads.

Would happily recommend to work mates and friends alike.

This is the second time I am reviewing this company and for good reason. I have spent literally hours today trying to source a replacement bleed plug for my reverb seatpost and could not find anywhere. Spoke to them over the phone and not only did the have one for me, but because I had spent £3000 on bike with them 3 months previous and lived locally, they said I could have it free if I picked it up from store. These guys continue to impress even months after my purchase.

Cheers guys, once I have paid the finance on my current bike I think I will likely be buying my next one from you... Only 33 payments lol
