Sunset Rent a Car 

The smell from the seat in the car is unpleasant.
And there was smell from the air conditioner and there was some damage in my throat.
I think that maintenance is better.

Good communication, easy going, and clear instructions on return. Value for money.

Sunset were easy to deal with, a great car for a week in Margaret River, very clean and well presented. Will definitely use again

The customer service and friendliness of the staff could not be faulted. The car had some minor cosmetic damages on it , but that was just age. Being British and unfamiliar with the registration system, I could not work out the cars age.

A very friendly welcome and reception by the staff. Smooth process from start to end. Car was in good condition. Certainly helped start our holiday on the right note and made our travelling around Perth as a group of 5 much more convenient.

Andrew and his team at Sunset were outstanding in their customer service during my recent rental for 2 days at Mooloolaba.
Collected the car at Mooloolaba and dropped it off at the Sunshine Coast airport.

Great rental but not well explained bout refunding deposit

The service was unbelievably fantastic. I called from Perth airport and he was there 5 minutes later, put our suitcases in the back and then drove us to the office. I notified him of the time that we were leaving and he was at the office waiting and then drove us to the terminal.

As a 20 year old I was shocked to be able to even get a hire car, let alone one for the same price as an experienced driver. Customer service was friendly from start to finish, car presented immaculately and the price was outstanding. Cant be faulted.

Great service on pick up & car was lovely & spotlessly clean. Only criticism is we took car back early & there was no one there. Needs to be prior advice that the office is not always attended & a contact number on the locked gate. All was fine tho as I luckily had a 1300 no in my phone but if not I’d have had to wait in the sun for 40 minutes.
