We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.

I've used this company twice , never again. The first holiday the hotel was awful falling apart . The second one well all I can say they never cleaned my room once . Had to clean it myself and get fresh towels. 4 people moved hotels due to how dirty it was . I was offered a 50 pound voucher to use once I re book another hoilday absolutely not . There customers service is appalling take ages to get back to you . I'm disabled so booking a holiday is stressful enough without the added stress of hotels been poor also . Angela

Palmeiras Village big rezotrs room very clean,food not very good,dont have swiming pool in side just outside,staff good but I dont think I will back in this place agen ,near beach,not shop around just 1 shop local, bus problem need used uber,uber prise not very exspensive.for relaxs good place.

I wanted to change my hotel sunshine was no help at all .I was told it would take 7days for them to get back to me.contacted them again and was told it takes 28 days for them to amend the booking . I was shocked that they were still taking money from the bank .this is not the first time I have had problems.this has been going on for months .think twice before you book you can only get in touch through chat don't bother with my sunshine you will never get through I have cancelled the holiday so still waiting

I always book with Sunshine as they are cheaper than everyone else. Communication is straightforward and paperwork clear and simple. The booking process is very simple and I have never had a problem with this company.

The hotel and apartments were spacious clean and even had a carpet. The location was the best and the little village was lovely with plenty of cheap places to eat and drink. The only down side was the pool was empty and there were no sun beds around the pool, made it difficult finding somewhere to sunbathe as we are not beach lovers.

We booked a holiday and had a £100 gift voucher which we have been unable to use. Nowhere on the website does it state the voucher can only be used if paying your holiday in instalments. We paid our holiday in full and have been unable to resolve the issue using the chat function. This is really disappointing and frustrating and puts me off using sunshine holidays again!!!!!!!!

Generally booking through sunshine is usually easy and fuss free. However this year although we asked for a specific type of room we didn’t get it which was a real disappointment because we then didn’t get the service we thought we would.

Overall, most aspects of the holiday were satisfactory; however, the transfer service was highly disappointing.
Firstly, the information provided on the voucher was incorrect, including the company name and instructions on how to locate the service. As a frequent traveller, I was able to identify the correct provider only after checking multiple transfer companies, which should not be expected of customers.
Additionally, the waiting time for the bus exceeded 90 minutes, which is unacceptable. The journey to the hotel was also unnecessarily prolonged, taking over an hour due to multiple stops and inefficient routing, including driving around the hotel area before finally dropping me off.
This experience does not meet the standard expected of a transfer service and was extremely frustrating. Based on this, I would strongly recommend booking transfers independently rather than through your company.
I hope the return transfer from the hotel to the airport will be handled more efficiently.
